We were already familiar with LG products, including their washers & dryers. Very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So my washer broke and I didn’t feel like putting any more money into my Maytags which were only a couple of years old. I saw that LG was getting top marks so I decided to try them this time around. I couldn’t be more pleased with my choice. The dryer has an easy to navigate knob with a display with multiple dry options that include AI Dry in which the dryer senses your clothing, Timed dry that allows you to choose your own settings, Bedding, Towels, Quick Dry, Steam Fresh which I really love, and then you have Normal, Delicates, Power Dry, and Perm. Press. Hopefully I didn’t miss any, but then with the ThinQ app you get an additional 15 different dry cycles to choose from plus you can check on your dry cycle time or just look for the alerts it sends to your smart phone when the cycle has ended. You can also operate the dryer remotely with the app as well. Lastly it has an option called Smart Diagnosis if there are problems with you dryer that may need repair. Ive never loved a dryer before, but now I do

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're on the older side and were worried it would be difficult to operate with the new type of control. It was actually quite easy. In fact, our first time to dry we chose AI to make it simple. Worked nicely and after one day of use, we feel like pros. Favorite features: 10 minute steam fresh

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this approximately a month ago. Had not had a new W/D in YEARS. Love LG products. First time ever having an LG W/D. Love, love, love it. Makes doing laundry not be a chore. Dries quickly and the steam function is a big plus. We have stacked the units and love that, too.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new Smart Front Load Energy Star Gas Dryer with Sensor Dry & Steam Technology! This appliance has truly revolutionized the way I do laundry, making the entire process not only more convenient but also more efficient. The Sensor Dry technology is a game-changer. I no longer have to worry about over-drying or under-drying my clothes. The dryer detects the moisture level in the garments and adjusts the drying time accordingly, ensuring that my clothes come out perfectly dry and ready to wear every time. This not only saves me time but also extends the life of my clothes by preventing unnecessary wear and tear. The addition of Steam Technology is a fantastic bonus. It's like having a mini-refresh cycle for my clothes. This feature comes in handy for those times when I want to quickly remove wrinkles and freshen up an outfit without having to go through a full wash cycle. It's perfect for delicate fabrics that need a little extra care. The Energy Star rating is a huge plus for me. I can now enjoy the convenience of a gas dryer while knowing that I'm also being environmentally conscious and saving on energy costs. It's a win-win situation! The smart functionality adds a whole new level of convenience to my laundry routine. I can control and monitor the dryer remotely using my smartphone, which is incredibly handy. Whether I'm starting a load while I'm at work or checking if my clothes are ready while I'm running errands, the smart features make my life so much easier. Beyond its impressive features, the sleek and modern design of the dryer complements my laundry room perfectly. It's a stylish addition that I'm proud to show off. In conclusion, I couldn't be happier with my Smart Front Load Energy Star Gas Dryer with Sensor Dry & Steam Technology. It's efficient, convenient, and packed with features that have truly simplified my laundry routine. If you're in the market for a top-of-the-line dryer that offers both performance and innovation, look no further!

Loving our new machines from LG. I wish I could save custom settings for future use, even making them the default setting when you turn on the machine.

Not bad. I was expecting a unique experience since it's AI featured but not quiet. May be I haven't get use to it yet.

Dryer is great. Lots of features. Remote status is very helpful. Installation service was less than optimal. They could not hook up to my gas line. They only had one hose that would not fit the dryer or the line. Communication was poor. 2nd visit from LG also could not connect it. Had to call a plumber. Ordering process from LG did not ask any questions about the type of line connection.

Honestly, I was looking forward to a high tech and high efficiency washer and dryer. They look good and have a lot of options but they are not worth remote start that has to be manually turned on first or the smell of when there is still moisture in the washer. Our dryer door was not properly installed and it doesn't seem to be catching much lint...

I purchased this 2nd hand from someone who purchased in August, 2024. Overall the features on this dryer and the interface are easy to use. Very easy to set up and operate. However, the paint quality is TERRIBLE. This dryer has not been used all that much and h paint is peeling from around the door. Saw several complaints on this matter as wel as the door seeling issue. For as expensive as this dryer is full price, this is hugely unacceptable!
