I saw that LG was getting top marks so I decided to try them this time around. I couldn’t be more pleased with my choice. The dryer has an easy to navigate knob with a display with multiple dry options that include AI Dry in which the dryer senses your clothing, Timed dry that allows you to choose your own settings, Bedding, Towels, Quick Dry, Steam Fresh which I really love, and then you have Normal, Delicates, Power Dry, and Perm. Press. Hopefully I didn’t miss any, but then with the ThinQ app you get an additional 15 different dry cycles to choose from plus you can check on your dry cycle time or just look for the alerts it sends to your smart phone when the cycle has ended. You can also operate the dryer remotely with the app as well. Lastly it has an option called Smart Diagnosis if there are problems with you dryer that may need repair. Makes doing laundry not be a chore. Dries quickly and the steam function is a big plus. We have stacked the units and love that, too.

I bought these machines in May 2023 and so far I am very happy with my purchase, There is something I did not like, the door of the dryer at the bottom where the seal is and the glass at the moment of finishing the drying always fills with fluff,Removing that, the machines are very beautiful, they are very modern, and they work very well, I have little time with them, I hope they last me a long time without having to have any repairs, we'll see how well LG does their product

Loving our new machines from LG. I wish I could save custom settings for future use, even making them the default setting when you turn on the machine.

Not bad. I was expecting a unique experience since it's AI featured but not quiet. May be I haven't get use to it yet.

Dryer is great. Lots of features. Remote status is very helpful. Installation service was less than optimal. They could not hook up to my gas line. They only had one hose that would not fit the dryer or the line. Communication was poor. 2nd visit from LG also could not connect it. Had to call a plumber. Ordering process from LG did not ask any questions about the type of line connection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A bit tricky to use since I’m not super tech savvy but I have noticed they do wash better! I can get more done at once. You need to watch for things getting caught up and stuck in the drum of the dryer as well. It washed my two pillows great and dried them. Once I went to wash my husband’s they didn’t fully finish the spin cycle and wouldn’t dry either.

I purchased this 2nd hand from someone who purchased in August, 2024. Overall the features on this dryer and the interface are easy to use. Very easy to set up and operate. However, the paint quality is TERRIBLE. This dryer has not been used all that much and h paint is peeling from around the door. Saw several complaints on this matter as wel as the door seeling issue. For as expensive as this dryer is full price, this is hugely unacceptable!

Honestly, I was looking forward to a high tech and high efficiency washer and dryer. They look good and have a lot of options but they are not worth remote start that has to be manually turned on first or the smell of when there is still moisture in the washer. Our dryer door was not properly installed and it doesn't seem to be catching much lint...
