[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this LG dryer 3 weeks ango and am very disappointed on the verge of angry! We have not been able to use it once because it has no heat, repairman came out after one week and found a bad gas valve and thermistor. 2 weeks later and he is supposed to be back tomorrow to install parts! Only reason I have a one star is because there were no zero stars
