We bought this washer a week ago and so far we are very impressed. We have washed everything from athletic wear to bedding to dog bedding and everything in between. This washer has handled everything with ease. The clothes come out feeling and smelling clean. For those worried about whether your clothes will get wet enough to get clean. Trust me that is not an issue. We are so impressed with the washer that we went ahead and bought the matching dryer.

I am so impressed with this machine. Yes, it's a machine. I discovered a washer CAN make clothes cleaner. How? I do not know compared to our other front loading washer. I also incorrectly thought that the WiFi connection was unnecessary fluff -- I was very wrong. I am actually using it. The simple best is it notifies my phone when the cycle is completed.

I washed 6 loads after receiving my washer and dryer and getting them hooked up. The washes does not use a lot of water so no waste there. This is a good feature since it will help to keep my water bill more manageable. My clothes smelled fresh and clean and any stains were removed with just a regular wash cycle. I have not yet tried the steam clean option but looking forward to using that option also. My clothes all came out with very few wrinkles and were so dry that they did not need to stay in the dryer for very long. The spin cycle does a great job of getting the water out of my clothes, sheets and comforters.

I bought the washing machine for my wife to replace her 13-year-old LG washer. Yes, it lasted 13 years. This newer model is quieter and more efficient, not as large of a footprint, but with just as large of a drum, so it's a win-win for my wife. She loves this washer and will buy the LG dryer once our 13-year-old LG dryer finally stops working.

I like it a lot but towels don’t come out as soft as in the LG at my other home. I’m still trying other settings so they don’t over spin or over dry. What I love about machine is it’s ability to manage a king size down comforter with ease. I was intimidated at first by all the features and electronics but it is extremely easy to operate.

I’ve owned the machine for about a month. A very long month. I’ve used every cycle and can’t find ONE that works as advertised. 1 load takes anywhere from 5 to 7 hours to wash and dry. Even after it finally stops I usually have to run just the dry cycle for an additional 30-60 mins more to finish drying. Forget about washing a comforter, that wash and dry started at 8:30 pm and when I woke at 6am it was still running. I removed it and completed drying it at my sons house. I’d give it NO stars but that wasn’t an option. 😡😡

Excellent performance I like LG appliances becayse they are reliable

I've had my new washer for two weeks now, and so far it has been working great , clothes comes out very clean. I originally wanted the model without the fancy control knob, but it wasn't available, so I ended up getting this one. My only concern is longevity. With all the added technology and electronics, I wonder how well it will hold up over time. I'm a bit old-school and tend to prefer simpler machines with durable, long-lasting mechanical components rather than a lot of high-tech features. Overall, though, I'm very happy with it so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Went from top loader to front loader and couldn't be more satisfying. Technically is terrific and washing comes out so much better than top loader. Very satisfying.

So happy with this purchase. Every salesman will try to sell you a Speed Queen, don't do it! Was so happy to get rid of that machine and back to an LG front load.
