One request...what about robotic arms capable of folding the laundry? Otherwise, the machine is a dream to use. It makes laundry day so easy and simple. Thank you for bringing this experience into our lives!! Wish we had it when the children still lived at home.

I am so impressed with this machine. Yes, it's a machine. I discovered a washer CAN make clothes cleaner. How? I do not know compared to our other front loading washer. I also incorrectly thought that the WiFi connection was unnecessary fluff -- I was very wrong. I am actually using it. The simple best is it notifies my phone when the cycle is completed.

My 6 month old LG washer had the dial quit working. We had no control over type of wash we needed. about a month later I called where I bought it and was given direct LG repair number. Wow, the very patient repair tech and I over the phone repaired my washer. BAM! He was so patient with me. We did it! I've really enjoy this large capacity washer and love how it was repaired in about 1.5 hrs of teamwork!

I like it a lot but towels don’t come out as soft as in the LG at my other home. I’m still trying other settings so they don’t over spin or over dry. What I love about machine is it’s ability to manage a king size down comforter with ease. I was intimidated at first by all the features and electronics but it is extremely easy to operate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve purchased several washers and dryers over the years because when we’ve moved, we’ve often left our washer and dryer behind. This was our LG appliance first purchase and we are kicking ourselves for not purchasing LG in the past! Both units work super well and look beautiful in our laundry room!

I bought this washing machine a few months ago. It only uses a small amount of detergent and has excellent features and options for washing clothes. It also washes the clothes faster than my previous LG. The only problem I found is once a month I need to run a tub, clean a couple of times because the drum has a smell to it, I’ve never had to do this before and I’ve had other LG washers. After running the tub clean twice it works great for another month or so. We used detergent with no fragrance in it so I don’t know why this is happening.

Only used a few times and still learning the many functionalities it has except for the LG App the integrity of which remain unclear to me to this date. The machine is effective and efficient. Has a lot of functionalities that can be tailored to suit your needs. The only two loads I just did came out very nice and clean. So far so good. Oh, and it is very quiet, you can hardly hear it working even in an open room so that is a huge plus.

I love the fact that the detergent dispenser holds multiple amounts and does smart dispensing. GREAT upgrade over my last machine. I also love how many load types are pre-loaded into favorites, and how customizable they are (for example, I was able to tell it not to use softener during my exercise clothing loads).

I wanted a bigger capacity washer, but in the same or smaller footprint, and this delivers! It's 5 cubic feet and I can now wash my large towels and my sheets at the same time! The machine is quiet, has a very quiet drainage, spin, and vibration, and is just overall quiet! I also love the jingle when it has completed the cycle! So far it's been outstanding!

What can I say but WOW. My clothes are cleaner than ever before. With the automatic soap dispenser I know the right amount of detergent is being used and my clothes smell fresh when done. It is so quiet I forget it’s running! With the WiFi connection I no longer have to guess if it’s done. Saving me trips to the laundry room to check. Thanks to LG laundry day isn’t the shore it used to be!
