I bought this washing machine a few months ago. It only uses a small amount of detergent and has excellent features and options for washing clothes. It also washes the clothes faster than my previous LG. The only problem I found is once a month I need to run a tub, clean a couple of times because the drum has a smell to it, I’ve never had to do this before and I’ve had other LG washers. After running the tub clean twice it works great for another month or so. We used detergent with no fragrance in it so I don’t know why this is happening.

We bought this washer a week ago and so far we are very impressed. We have washed everything from athletic wear to bedding to dog bedding and everything in between. This washer has handled everything with ease. The clothes come out feeling and smelling clean. For those worried about whether your clothes will get wet enough to get clean. Trust me that is not an issue. We are so impressed with the washer that we went ahead and bought the matching dryer.

Although these units were more than I originally wanted to spend for such adventures, they have so many well designed features that make up for such feelings. While it is nearly impossible to make “perfect” machines, these come close.

I am so impressed with this machine. Yes, it's a machine. I discovered a washer CAN make clothes cleaner. How? I do not know compared to our other front loading washer. I also incorrectly thought that the WiFi connection was unnecessary fluff -- I was very wrong. I am actually using it. The simple best is it notifies my phone when the cycle is completed.

What can I say but WOW. My clothes are cleaner than ever before. With the automatic soap dispenser I know the right amount of detergent is being used and my clothes smell fresh when done. It is so quiet I forget it’s running! With the WiFi connection I no longer have to guess if it’s done. Saving me trips to the laundry room to check. Thanks to LG laundry day isn’t the shore it used to be!

One request...what about robotic arms capable of folding the laundry? Otherwise, the machine is a dream to use. It makes laundry day so easy and simple. I bought the washing machine for my wife to replace her 13-year-old LG washer. Yes, it lasted 13 years. This newer model is quieter and more efficient, not as large of a footprint, but with just as large of a drum, so it's a win-win for my wife. She loves this washer and will buy the LG dryer once our 13-year-old LG dryer finally stops working.

We have used this washer to wash everything from a king sized comforter, towels, active wear , dog bedding and more. This washer handled everything with ease. The AI wash works well and the 30 minute wash cyle is a huge time saver. Everything gets very wet during the wash cycle and the clothes come out feeling and smelling clean. The spin cycle does a good job so the dryer cycle time is also a lot shorter. We love the app as. Our laundry room is in the basement so there's no more guessing if the washer is done. We were so impressed with this washer that we ended up buying the matching dryer . We highly recommend this washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a number of different types wash cycles the machine performs flawless. The washing machine is quiet with no vibrations and the clothes are always clean. The only other feature I would like to see is a custom wash setting.

I am so pleased so far with this Washing Machine. It replaced my 12 year old LG washer which I loved but this is special. It has a reservoir that hold enough detergent and softener for more than 18 loads. It’s so nice to just load and set the dial and go. I love the new black steel color (dark grey) and the music it plays when it’s done.
