It sings to me!! It is quiet and thinks for itself. Just a joy of a machine,!! Wish they could do that with other things. My lg fridge is okay, but could be better...it definitely cost more! Just sayin'.

Love the washer and the dryer although I did not get an email on it as well but I do have confirmation that I registered it as well

My 6 month old LG washer had the dial quit working.  We had no control over type of wash we needed. about a month later I called where I bought it and was given direct LG repair number.  Wow, the very patient repair tech and I over the phone repaired my washer. BAM! He was so patient with me. We did it!  I've really enjoy this large capacity washer and love how it was repaired in about 1.5 hrs of teamwork!

I washed 6 loads after receiving my washer and dryer and getting them hooked up.
The washes does not use a lot of water so no waste there.  This is a good feature since it will help to keep my water bill more manageable.  My clothes smelled fresh and clean and any stains were removed with just a regular wash cycle.

I have not yet tried the steam clean option but looking forward to using that option also.  
My clothes all came out with very few wrinkles and were so dry that they did not need to stay in the dryer for very long.
The spin cycle does a great job of getting the water out of my clothes, sheets and comforters.

What can I say but WOW. My clothes are cleaner than ever before. With the automatic soap dispenser I know the right amount of detergent is being used and my clothes smell fresh when done. It is so quiet I forget it’s running! With the WiFi connection I no longer have to guess if it’s done. Saving me trips to the laundry room to check. Thanks to LG laundry day isn’t the shore it used to be!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my new washing machine for about two weeks and I can honestly say I now love doing laundry. It is so easy to just fill up the dispenser and forget it for several loads. I'm trying all the different settings and I can't believe how quickly my loads get done and how quiet the machine is. I would definitely recommend this amazing washing machine.

I Love Doing Laundry Again

Washes very well. I would have preferred to have standard slots for Softener and powdered detergent as I don't use Softener or liquid detergent, and the slot that is left for me to use is at the back. I do find there is ALOT of vibration if I do a large heavy load.

Great machine, dispensers unwieldy.

I like all the different settings and the 30 load soap dispenser but it doesnt seem to handle hair that well.  People and animal hair doesnt wash off and the dryer causes so much static that it does come off in there either

A little disappointed

I like it a lot but towels don’t come out as soft as in the LG at my other home.  I’m still trying other settings so they don’t over spin or over dry.
What I love about machine is it’s ability to manage a king size down comforter with ease.  
I was intimidated at first by all the features and electronics but it is extremely easy to operate.

Makes laundry day fun!

I’ve owned the machine for about a month. A very long month. I’ve used every cycle and can’t find ONE that works as advertised. 1 load takes anywhere from 5 to 7 hours to wash and dry. Even after it finally stops I usually have to run just the dry cycle for an additional 30-60 mins more to finish drying. Forget about washing a comforter, that wash and dry started at 8:30 pm and when I woke at 6am it was still running. I removed it and completed drying it at my sons house. I’d give it NO stars but that wasn’t an option. 😡😡
