[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second LG washer and it works tremendously well! The one caveat is that you have to use the ThinQ app to get full functionaility. Honestly, the UI of the washer is much more complicated compared to the previous generation. I don't mind using the app, but I can see it being a dealbreaker for someone who isn't tech-savvy. I love the recent update that gives you an estimate for cycle duration based on the load. One difference compared to my last washer (4.5cu ft) is it doesn't seem stressed out during the spin cycle, even when full of towels.

My wife wanted a large capacity washer with hand wash/wool setting. This is pretty much the only one out there. Bosch makes a front load, but it’s a compact one. Speed Queen makes a top load but it is not suitable for wool because it has an agitator and does not have Wi-Fi compatibility. This LG has all the bells and whistles, including a wide selection of wash cycles, Wi-Fi/Alexa/smartphone compatibility, large capacity. I only wish the detergent/fabric softener drum would accommodate more loads. The warranty is a standard 1 year warranty, but the drum and motor have longer warranties. This is my first front load and LG product. So far, so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer failed within the first 9 months due to poor engineering and-or faulty build and ruined my wood floor, baseboards and drywall. LG refuses to pay for the damages insisting the house was already 10 years old. So unless you have a brand new home forget buying a piece of junk like this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initial comments... Washer seems to work fine. I like the ezDispense of detergent. My problem is I have to set the modifiers with each new load. For instance, we use cold (tap cold) temperature and max spin speed on 99% of our loads. I do this to save energy and drying time. But trying to save those settings to (for example) Normal or AI cycle does not work. I chatted with LG support several times and that type of customizing is not possible. Very disappointing as it would seem to be an obvious option to include.

Received this a few days ago and am happy so far. I like the detergent dispense feature and quick cleaning times. Seems to get clothes pretty clean too.

This is the new model from LG and this a great washer easy to use no loud noises on this washer very happy especially you can download the app and control them from there
