I really love the capacity of this tower. It's huge and the overall size is smaller than my last tower set.

We purchased this unit almost 2 months ago and we are THRILLED with our decision. We replaced a front load LG washer and dryer (15 years old) and decided to try this unit. It does an OUTSTANDING job with every feature we could possibly want. We have already recommended to several friends and family.

We have a brand new washer/dryer combo. It has not been drying since we got it. Called LG then got service. Service didn’t show but called. Ordered a new starter. It was installed over a week after that call. Still doesn’t dry even though the technician says it does.
