This is a quality butter. It melts beautifully. Has a ton of flavor. And tastes fresh. Unfortunately I let mine melt and then popped it back in the fridge. But it solidified perfectly and breaks off easily when I need to use. I love to use for meats like steak or even for breakfast when making some eggs or toasting bread.

I received the Members Mark Garlic Butter. It comes in a 10 oz container, which is a good sized container, enough for several different recipes. I've made garlic toast and "smashed" baked potatoes so far. Both have been easy and very tasteful. The butter has a sweet flavor but doesn't have an overwhelming garlic flavor, so I would use a little more than normal. Overall, good flavor, good quantity and easy to use.

The garlic butter was yummy on French bread. I unfortunately didn’t read the packaging and put it in the fridge. So when it came time to use the butter it was rock hard and wouldn’t spread. The packaging says keep on the counter for up to 6 weeks. I keep butter in the fridge because I live in a humid place. I want to try it melted on steak next. I recommend this butter.

The only thing better than butter and garlic is putting them both together. This garlic butter is delicious and can be used in so many different cooking methods. It can also be left out for weeks at a time, which makes it easier to spread and cook with. I like to use it to kick my grilled cheese up another notch as one example.
