Pillow is standard size. It is very comfortable to sleep on. The only negative I had with it was that it was too thin to use by itself. I needed to have another pillow under it so I wasn't so flat to the bed. I do sleep on a pillow top mattress so that tends to bring the pillow lower on my bed.

This pillow is fantastic. I was unsure at first if this pillow would work for me because I prefer a soft pillow that is not too thick. This pillow will form-fit perfectly in any position you lay in. I realized after using it for only two nights that not only was I sleeping better, but I was experiencing less neck pain also. It has a quilted pillow cover that unzips for easy cleaning. I highly recommend this pillow.

Overall, I really like this pillow. It doesn’t get hot and I am a middle aged woman so that’s a huge PLUS! It is soft enough to allow my head to fit nicely but is still firm enough not to collapse. If I were to rate it, I would say it’s on the firmer/heavier side. If you’re a side sleeper like I am most of the time it works really well. I am on the smaller side, so that may make a difference too. Sometimes I sleep on my back though and this doesn’t really flatten enough for me to sleep comfortably that way.

For my preferences, this is a perfect pillow. Very dense, lots of support, while still being soft and comfortable. I slept on it one night and then gave it to my daughter to try and she won’t give it back. This one checks all the boxes and I recommend it whole - heartedly.

Overall great pillow. Like everyhring it has its pros and cons. Starting with the good - quality product. Pillow has nice protective cover. Conforms to your head comfortably. Now for cons - when opening it had a strong chemical/ rubber smell. It did go away once out of packaging. Protective cover is slippery and pullow case didn't stay on well. Heavy and not cuddly. Good sleeping pillow.

I was intrigued by this pillow, as I usually like down pillows, but noticed that it was advertised as a “cooling pillow”. That was exactly what I needed!!! Wow!!!! It truly does what it says it does…. Keeps my head cool. I love it, and highly recommend it!!

I love my Member’s Mark Hotel Premier Collection pillow, I use my pillow for sleeping and for sitting up in bed to watch T.V. The pillow is strong enough to hold my position and soft enough to fall asleep on. The cooling effect is wonderful and helps me to fall asleep easily. My wife and I fight over who gets to use the pillow so it looks like I will be buying one more.

I’ve had heat intolerance since I was little, so cooling pillows are my go-to type of pillow. Additionally, I have Cervicalgia, so it is important to me to have proper neck support. This pillow meets both of my needs at a great price! The pillow is firm which means I can always keep my neck in a position that causes less pain throughout the night. The cooling gel also makes for a comfortable night’s sleep. I also like the zipper cover, which makes it easy to wash. This pillow is the perfect recipe for sleep comfort.

This pillow is not fluffy but has support. It’s not super thin either. It’s not firm to where it has no give but not fluffy to where your head sinks in either. Personally I don’t like super fluffy pillows without support and I don’t like super thin pillows where your head is on the mattress. This is a good middle ground.

This is a great pillow. It stays cool and it's firm but not too firm. Comes with a zippered cover and then another cover over the foam which are both washable. The only downside for me was the initial smell. It had a strong chemical smell that was kind of overwhelming for me. When I first received the pillow I removed it from the plastic and let it sit for 3 days so that the smell would dissipate, still slightly there but tolerable.
