Really cool, literally. The pillow keeps its cool, and its very comfortable for a side sleeper. It has a nice quilted cover that is removeable. The one downside is the smell of the pillow, it has a strong fragrance upon opening the pillow and while laying on it.

Packaging was easy to open and it is ready to use right away! It is soft and firm at the same time. It has reduced my snoring because my head stays elevated, no sinking. I have used it for 2 weeks and no reduction in firmness and it has kept it's shape, it bounces right back. I tested it by pushing down on it as hard as I could with my hand in one of the pictures and you can see it doesn't go flat, there's still plenty of fluff. My hubby hated it because it kept his head up, he is just super picky :). I hate my pillows and sheets to be cold, so I use a nice case over it, so I can't tell if it stays cool. I love it enough to buy more, the fact that it keeps it's shape is enough for me!

I like to try out different pillows. I sleep on my side and back and want neck support. I like my pillow to be soft but firm enough to hold my head up to be aligned with my spine. I felt this pillow did just that. I’ve only had it for a month so I can’t speak to longevity but so far it’s holding up great. No indents from my head.

This is a great pillow for people who need the firm gel like pillows. It was a great price and similar to pillows at mattress stores, but far less expensive than what you would find in the strip mall stores. I bought for my wife when she left her “favorite” pillow at a hotel. This pillow has served her well and she is happy with it.

It’s just too hard for me. I thought I loved it so I kept it. Maybe my head isn’t heavy enough to sink in. It’s better when used in a side sleeping position than back position. I have painful neck muscles and the tendons snap and crack, and no dr has been able to identify why or help me fix it. This may not be the right pillow for you if you have any serious neck issues.

It was way, WAY too hard, and it doesn't have any give at all. I used it for all of one night and woke up in severe pain. I also bought it while it was one sale yet still got charged the full price for it. I will be taking the pillow back and getting a refund ASAP. Do NOT recommend, especially if you have a sensitive/difficult neck.

I wanted to love these pillows but I just couldn't. They are a nice weight and have a nice fluff to them BUT…. These pillows are so slick and slippery. The fabric is terrible and it slips around all night. I spent half my nights chasing it back into my pillow covers because it kept falling out. I even took my pillow covers off and had the same issue. Very disappointing as these seemed to be better pillows. This past week I have had terrible sleep and I woke up always readjusting these as they slowly slid around under me. If they change the cover material, these could be great.

Overall, this is a great pillow. It is just a little thinner than I personally like. I do like the cooling foam feature, as I am a "hot" sleeper. The best feature in my opinion is the washable cover. This will allow me to wash the cover. This also adds an additional layer of protection to the pillow to keep it clean.

I liked this pillow more than I expected. I can be a bit picky about them but this one is very comfortable. It does have a bit of a smell the first couple of days as most memory foam products do. But it fades pretty quickly. I took it on a spring break trip and it worked well in the car and was very comfortable. My kids also shared it and loved it!

This gel memory foam pillow is very comfortable for side sleeping. I typically start on my side but then switch positions throughout the night. However, with this pillow, I've often been staying in the same position on my side throughout the entire night which says a lot. I think it's because of the pillow having a nice balance of support and comfort. And since I tend to sleep hot, the cooling aspect of this pillow is great. Another big plus is that the cover is removable and is machine washable. However, if I felt like sleeping on my stomach which I do from time to time, I wouldn't use this pillow as I need something less dense. For sleeping on my back, it's quite comfortable but I would probably prefer a slightly thinner pillow for that. All-in-all, it's a great pillow and is the one I typically use now.
