Pillow was way too firm for my liking. Do like the removable cover, that’s a great plus.

I am not sensitive to smells but this thing smell like a moldy basement. I am not sure how it could smell so bad but we had to set it outside as it real bad.

This is a wonderful pillow. It is firm enough not to flatten but soft enough to move with your head and keep you comfortable all night long. I replaced the old pillows with this one.

This is a very high quality pillow for the $. Well made. Excellent materials and stitching. Supportive, but not aggressively firm. Best of all it is, indeed, cool. If you like memory foam, you’ll love this pillow.
