This pillow is the BEST! I’ve tried several pillows and still had neck and shoulder pain. The first night sleeping on this pillow it was the best sleep I’ve had in a very long time. I didn’t have any neck or shoulder pain the next morning. Loved it You will have the best sleep ever and wake up well rested. And not heavy at all like other memory pillows.

Very high quality stitching, covering, and memory foam. I’ve been using feather pillows for decades. I usually take two king sized feather pillows and fluff them up for a good minute before I lay down on them. I assumed I would be able to lay down on this new pillow and no fluffing would be necessary. Well, I guess I’m too old to change so I won’t use this memory foam pillow after all. It probably deserves five stars but since I personally won’t use it like I hoped a give it a four.

After a little over a week of use, this has become my “nightly driver.” I love a firm pillow and this is exactly what I want in a pillow - firm with some give, no bulk, right height for neck support. No smell associated with a lot of memory foam pillows and it’s been keeping its shape after several sleeps. I’m a fan!

I like the removable zippered pillow cover for washing. I like that the foam in sealed in a covering under the zippered pillow cover. The gel is supportive and I did sleep comfortably with no neck pain. I struggle with gel pillows causing ear discomfort from side sleeping and the firmness of this pillow did cause some ear discomfort from sleeping on my side. The pillow did have a mild odor common with gel foam products. I recommend letting the pillow air out before using.

This pillow does a good job cooling. It is soft to the touch, and the cover is washable. The firmness is pretty good, and it does confirm to your head. There is a chemical smell to the pillow, so you do need to wash it when you first get it. Overall, solid cooling pillow.

This Member's Mark pillow is fabulous. It is soft to the touch and the gel has just the right amount of give vs resistance. I enjoy sleeping both on my back with the back of my head on the pillow and also on my side with the side of my head on the pillow. Both ways it is very comfortable. I feel like I am sleeping at a luxury hotel every night.

I would consider this pillow a firm pillow. It does mean however, that the pillow is not soft. It still is. This is not a memory foam pillow. However, It does adjust to the contour on your neck, shoulder, and back. I would make sure that nothing below the shoulder line/level should be on the pillow before I fall asleep-- or else it cause in some soreness in the morning. After several nights using it, I can say that this has helped with clavicle soreness on the nights when I sleep more on my side than my back. This has been an issue for me for years. I am glad I discovered this pillow. This is a comfortable pillow and it is now my preferred pillow especially compared to the regular pillows available from department stores.

This pillow was a gamechanger. I had great night sleep for the nights of testing this pillow out. I could easily sleep all the way through the night. I didn't have to wake up and readjust the way my head was. The way my head sinks into the pillow is great and the way it pops right back up and stays full.

This gel foam pillow seems made of high quality material. It has a removable case which can be removed for washing. The pillow is firm, but really comfortable. It provides great support for my head and neck. It molds nicely around my head but springs back well after use. It is large enough to fit the larger pillowcases. The cover was treated with an anti microbial to help prevent growth of bacteria. The foam is cooling foam.

My husband and I are half back and half side sleepers. Both of us are extremely happy after his first nights sleep. My husband big head just settled into it, and the next morning the pillow recovered it's shape as new. From every perspective for me this is a very high quality pillow. MEMBER'S MARK Hotel premier pillow is firm gives strong support, cooling feeling. Slightly smell very faint nothing natural deodorizer couldn't fix. Cover is machine washable.  The fact that they are antimicrobial is awesome! Only issue was keeping my husband from snagging it from me 😂  ! I will be getting my own set soon!!
