I tend to get a little rough with my pillows so they wear out quite frequently and often. But this pillow is built to last and stays in whatever crazy position I put it in until I move it. It goes back to it's normal form in seconds and it feels like new every time I lay down. Sleep has been much better and neck pain has decreased. Love this pillow and would definitely recommend.

As someone with bad neck/shoulder issues, I'm a little strict with my pillows. I have used this pillow for a week and I can honestly say that my neck doesn't hurt in the mornings. I also have to do an earring test. I have 26 ear piercings so I always lay on the pillow without a cover for a little bit to see if all my diamond studs get snagged. I move a lot in my sleep so the pillow cover comes off sometimes so I have to make sure I don't rip my earrings out. They did NOT get stuck at all. I am honestly thinking of getting 5 more for spares lol. It seems to have checked all my boxes for a great quality pillow.

This pillow is for a person who doesn’t like fluffy pillows. It is quite flat, but supportive if that is the kind of pillow you choose. My husband prefers flat pillows and he thought it was nice. If you want a taller support for your shoulder you may try two together.

Like every memory foam item I've owned, it takes time to label it comfortable. I've had others and own a memory foam matress so I knew I'd like this once it softened up and formed to my head. The pillow is pretty firm starting out so I put it on my couch and used it during the day and evening in smaller time frames to let it form to my head and neck. Its getting "looser" all the time. Otherwise, the pillow has not had any new smell that you sometimes have to deal with and as summer continues to come, I'm anxious to enjoy the cooling effect. I can already feel the difference there and love to flip the pillow and feel that instant cooling relief.

I have been wanting to buy one of these for the longest time but they are pricey and I wouldn’t do it. This pillow is magic. My husband just had surgery and was having a lot of back and neck pain, the pain is gone after a couple of nights using this pillow. It’s beautiful, is soft but at the same time it give you the right support. I would recommend it 100 percent, in fact I am buying another one now.

I really wanted to like this pillow. I’ve been sleeping on my back a lot more lately and this felt really good under my neck. The problem is there’s an odor coming off of the pillow. I don’t know if it’s typical of memory foam because I don’t have anything else with memory foam in my house; this was a first. I did let the pillow air out for a week and the odor is still there. I suppose if I wanted to use this pillow under my knees, it wouldn’t be so bad but because I’d like to use it under my head, I cannot. Otherwise, the pillow seems to be made very well. It feels nice. It fits a standard size pillowcase which you can see by my picture. I have it lying on top of a pillowcase; it slid right in. If you are not too sensitive to odors, this pill might work for you or maybe mine was just an outlier, but I probably wouldn’t purchase based on this.

Before I received this pillow I had a pinch in my shoulder/neck for well over a week. Two nights into using this pillow and the pinch is completely gone. I 100 percent believe it was this pillow because it wasn’t improving until I used it the first night. I also want to note that I’m not normally a fan of memory foam but wow. I even slept better the last two night! The pillow is very firm but very quickly molds to your shoulders, neck, and head. I’m def investing in a second one for my husband. My only complaint is that it has a very strong odor when you first unwrap it. I would suggest letting it sit a couple days unwrapped before you use it. Had I waited to use it that wouldn’t have even been an issue. Night two the scent was basically gone.

The pillow is nice. It's a little smaller than a normal size pillow however the gel inside is comfortable. The material feels cool. The only complaint i have is the chemical oder when you first open it. I've had it open for about a week and it still smells. I'm assuming it will eventually go away.

The pillow is firm but comfortable. I roll around in my sleep and most pillows only feel comfortable sleeping certain ways but this pillow is solid enough that it doesn't bunch up when I'm on my back and is soft enough for sleeping on my side and front. Best pillow I have tried.
