I sleep on my side or stomach and either way this pillow fully supports and is comfortable. No more waking up with a kink in my neck or having to keep adjusting or “bunching up” the pillow a certain way to be comfortable. I have always just used budget type pillows until now and I wish I would have tried this sooner.

This is a great pillow for people who need the firm gel like pillows. It was a great price and similar to pillows at mattress stores, but far less expensive than what you would find in the strip mall stores. I bought for my wife when she left her “favorite” pillow at a hotel. This pillow has served her well and she is happy with it.

I was looking forward to my 2 new Members Mark pillows on 1/17/26. However, the OVERPOWERING FORMALDEHYDE SMELL was too much. Sam's refunded me the same day. Today is 1/25/26, AND THEIR FORMALDEHYDE SMELL IS STILL TOO MUCH. I've aired them out, and I'm airing them out again hoping it will get better:(

I wanted to love these pillows but I just couldn’t. They are a nice weight and have a nice fluff to them BUT…. These pillows are so slick and slippery. The fabric is terrible and it slips around all night. I spent half my nights chasing it back into my pillow covers because it kept falling out. I even took my pillow covers off and had the same issue. Very disappointing as these seemed to be better pillows. This past week I have had terrible sleep and I woke up always readjusting these as they slowly slid around under me. If they change the cover material, these could be great.

This is another prime example of Members Mark Brand replacing a beloved brand, and in this case a perfect pillow, to make it junk. I do not understand how they think that their material substitutions would fool anyone. The pillow is flat in a week. It's not worth the supplies used to make it. The Luxury Hotel Pillow it mimics and replaced held up for a year and kept form and fluff. This is a door mat in a blink of an eye. Do NOT be fooled. This is the WORST pillow, thanks to "Members Mark." More and more, I am feeling ashamed to be a Sam's Club member. Sam's Club, enough of the Members Mark junk!! You will lose customers. Enough!!!

I really sleep well on this pillow however it took washing the two covers on each pillow twice and airing out the pillow for a few days before we could use them because of the chemical smell. They still have a smell but after a couple of weeks it's not a strong smell anymore.

If you like headaches then this is the pillow for you. Couldn’t even make it through the night with this thing. I woke up with a pounding headache about 4 hours into the night. Switched pillows and within 20 minutes my headache started going away. The cooling effect was nice but that’s the only good thing I can say about this Flintstone pillow. I would not recommend this pillow or repurchase it.

I wanted to mention first that there is a slight odor to this Members Mark pillow from the Hotel premier collections, I assume this is from the antimicrobial treatment applied to the pillow cover as mentioned on the packaging. It does go unnoticed after a little while. The treatment is to help inhibit growth of odor causing bacteria so that is important, I would think. The cover is removable and washable, so that could be helpful if the odor does not go away fast enough and or still bothers you. The pillow is a little firm right out of the bag but, I am sure like any other pillow, it will soften over time and usage. The cover feels nice, it is incredibly soft but does snag easily. As far as the cooling feature goes, I don’t feel “cool” on this pillow but I don’t have the typical head heat on this pillow either so I think the pillow “absorbs” the heat so you sleep “cooler”, if that makes sense, either way, I like it, and the “cooling” works for me! It is hard for me to find a comfortable pillow, one that does not hurt my neck all night, but I do understand that the mattress condition and firmness/softness of the mattress also plays a factor in the way you sleep on a pillow whether it be new or old. Our mattress is an older pillow top on the softer side, and we are ready for a replacement. I am a side sleeper, I usually sleep with a contoured pillow, however this pillow I found to be very comfortable for me on our current mattress condition, my head seems to be in perfect line with my spine when using this pillow, so my neck isn’t bend up or bent down and I don’t wake up with neck pain as I have with other non-contoured pillow. Overall, this is a lovely pillow for THIS side sleeper and so far, so good with no neck pains!

This is a wonderful pillow if you want firm support. It is not too stif to where your head is too high but it does not go flat like some pillows do. It states that it is cool and so far my head has not gotten hot during the night. I have gotten a good nights sleep every night for 2 weeks now. Give this one a try, you’ll regret your decision.

I liked this pillow more than I expected. I can be a bit picky about them but this one is very comfortable. It does have a bit of a smell the first couple of days as most memory foam products do. But it fades pretty quickly. I took it on a spring break trip and it worked well in the car and was very comfortable. My kids also shared it and loved it!
