This pillow finally came in and glad that it did. Very soft and works amazingly. The cooling pillow is great I have had body cooling body pillows but I’m happy with this nice regular sized one a lot more because it is the perfect size and doesn’t hang off the bed when I’m sleeping.

This pillow is amazingly comfortable, it is heavy but not hard, it keeps cool all night, and adapts perfectly to the shape of the head. I have been using it for a week and it has worked perfectly for me, will soon be purchasing a second one. Definitely recommend.

This gel memory foam pillow is so light weight compared to other gel pillows I have bought in the past. It’s firm, yet soft at the same time making it very comfortable to sleep on. The cooling effect is very soothing too. Overall this pillow is great and I would recommend for every bed in your house!!

This gel foam pillow seems made of high quality material. It has a removable case which can be removed for washing. The pillow is firm, but really comfortable. It provides great support for my head and neck. It molds nicely around my head but springs back well after use. It is large enough to fit the larger pillowcases. The cover was treated with an anti microbial to help prevent growth of bacteria. The foam is cooling foam.

Nice pillow! I was impressed with packaging and cover of pillow. Pillow did not offgas and was ready to use right away. I am a side sleeper and I found the pillow too firm to be used as my main pillow. I do think it is the perfect pillow for propping up in my bed though.

My husband and I are half back and half side sleepers. Both of us are extremely happy after his first nights sleep. My husband big head just settled into it, and the next morning the pillow recovered it's shape as new. From every perspective for me this is a very high quality pillow. MEMBER'S MARK Hotel premier pillow is firm gives strong support, cooling feeling. Slightly smell very faint nothing natural deodorizer couldn't fix. Cover is machine washable.  The fact that they are antimicrobial is awesome! Only issue was keeping my husband from snagging it from me 😂  ! I will be getting my own set soon!!

I was looking forward to my 2 new Members Mark pillows on 1/17/26. However, the OVERPOWERING FORMALDEHYDE SMELL was too much. Sam's refunded me the same day. Today is 1/25/26, AND THEIR FORMALDEHYDE SMELL IS STILL TOO MUCH. I've aired them out, and I'm airing them out again hoping it will get better:(

This pillow is a dream to sleep on. I didn't realize how thin my old pillow was. My neck pain went away after using this pillow for one night. It feels soft yet supportive. It did have a "new pillow" smell that did dissipate after about a week. Overall, it's dreamy.

The members mark hotel premier cooling pillow, is overall a nice pillow. First off, the pillow holds its shape well, and is rather comfortable. It is a cozy pillow that has a firmness to it also. The cooling feature doesn’t feel as comfortable as other cooling pillows I have had before. It seems to be made out of quality materials,

I received this pillow as part of a testing promotion, and I was skeptical that it could be as comfortable as my high-end pillows that I currently own, but upon receiving it, I was highly impressed by the quality in the field of the fabric end of the support that it was given I would highly recommend it
