My husband and I are half back and half side sleepers. Both of us are extremely happy after his first nights sleep. My husband big head just settled into it, and the next morning the pillow recovered it's shape as new. From every perspective for me this is a very high quality pillow. MEMBER'S MARK Hotel premier pillow is firm gives strong support, cooling feeling. Slightly smell very faint nothing natural deodorizer couldn't fix. Cover is machine washable.  The fact that they are antimicrobial is awesome! Only issue was keeping my husband from snagging it from me 😂  ! I will be getting my own set soon!!

When I first laid on the pillow it seemed comfortable. I tend to sleep on my stomach or my side. When I settled into either of these positions my neck felt uncomfortable. When I woke up in the morning, my neck was sore. I would not recommend this pillow if you are a side or stomach sleeper.

I love this pillow. What I like most about is that you can remove the cover and wash it. When you sleeping your head conforms to the pillow. Then it goes back to its shape. I love the support it provides to my head and neck. Some other pillow when you wake up you don’t feel rested, but with pillow I have been getting a good night’s sleep.

These pillows are amazing! They're a good combination orf firm but soft. I have always had to use 2 pillows to be thick enough until these! I have had them for awhile and they don't lose their "fluff". They fit into the pillow case snug and do not slide around. These pillows are worth the buy!

Really well made pillow with anti-microbial zipped cover. Stiching is excellent. The memory foam holds the shape just right to provide adequate support for the head. The cover can be removed and washed. The pillow has a 5year limited warranty and is made in USA.

This pillow is for a person who doesn’t like fluffy pillows. It is quite flat, but supportive if that is the kind of pillow you choose. My husband prefers flat pillows and he thought it was nice. If you want a taller support for your shoulder you may try two together.

This pillow is comfortable and I love that it keeps my head cool at night. I tend to get really warm while sleeping and this has helped a lot overt the last few days. I plan to purchase more. I would recommend this product if you get warm at night and especially for women that have hot flashes.

I really wanted to like this pillow. I’ve been sleeping on my back a lot more lately and this felt really good under my neck. The problem is there’s an odor coming off of the pillow. I don’t know if it’s typical of memory foam because I don’t have anything else with memory foam in my house; this was a first. I did let the pillow air out for a week and the odor is still there. I suppose if I wanted to use this pillow under my knees, it wouldn’t be so bad but because I’d like to use it under my head, I cannot. Otherwise, the pillow seems to be made very well. It feels nice. It fits a standard size pillowcase which you can see by my picture. I have it lying on top of a pillowcase; it slid right in. If you are not too sensitive to odors, this pill might work for you or maybe mine was just an outlier, but I probably wouldn’t purchase based on this.

The pillow is nice. It's a little smaller than a normal size pillow however the gel inside is comfortable. The material feels cool. The only complaint i have is the chemical oder when you first open it. I've had it open for about a week and it still smells. I'm assuming it will eventually go away.

I am really happy with this pillow. The pillow seems well-made, has a washable zip cover which is a huge plus in my opinion and doesn't seem to get hot which supports the cooling feature. I did set the pillow out in the sun to help deplete the original odor. I would recommend to future purchasers to remove the cover and air out both the foam and cover to make it air out faster, but the scent is mostly gone now and it hasn't been 2 weeks yet. I personally tried this pillow and found it comfortable and my son tried this pillow and he didn't want to give it back! He is typically a back sleeper and so it appears to conform to his head comfortably and he tends to sleep hot so this is a great pillow for him.
