The Members Mark memory foam pillow was pretty comfortable, but the smell of the foam was bad. An hour later it was tossed out. I washed the cover and put the foam in the dryer on air fluff with a dryer sheet and didn’t get much better. I waited a week and had my older son try it. He said he didn’t notice that much of a smell and it was comfortable. I guess you have to air it out for a long time.

The pillow is definitely cooling. If you put a pillow case on it, you won’t be able to feel the cooling effect. The pillow is a little stiff when you get it, and it seems like you cannot mold the pillow to your comfort, but you can if you’re consistent because it’s memory foam.

This is a great pillow. It stays cool and it's firm but not too firm. Comes with a zippered cover and then another cover over the foam which are both washable. The only downside for me was the initial smell. It had a strong chemical smell that was kind of overwhelming for me. When I first received the pillow I removed it from the plastic and let it sit for 3 days so that the smell would dissipate, still slightly there but tolerable.

I have used this pillow for several days. Its a bit too hard for my liking. The first day I really enjoyed it. After 4 days i started to cuddle with it instead. Theres a smell to the pillow too. Likely from the manufacturer. But I do not like it. I havent tried to wash out the smell, bc it can typically disepate within a few days. It hasn't. It is a pain to wash pillows iykyk. Its too hard and the smell puts me off too much.

I like the removable zippered pillow cover for washing. I like that the foam in sealed in a covering under the zippered pillow cover. The gel is supportive and I did sleep comfortably with no neck pain. I struggle with gel pillows causing ear discomfort from side sleeping and the firmness of this pillow did cause some ear discomfort from sleeping on my side. The pillow did have a mild odor common with gel foam products. I recommend letting the pillow air out before using.

This if a memory foam pillow with a solid memory foam pad. It is on the softer side, but did offer nice support in my testing. It does have a removable cover for washing. For those with broad shoulders that like to side sleep, the height of the pillow may be a little short. And the solid foam block doesn't allow for "shaping" of the pillow. I didn't notice any significant gassing.

I am really happy with this pillow. The pillow seems well-made, has a washable zip cover which is a huge plus in my opinion and doesn't seem to get hot which supports the cooling feature. I did set the pillow out in the sun to help deplete the original odor. I would recommend to future purchasers to remove the cover and air out both the foam and cover to make it air out faster, but the scent is mostly gone now and it hasn't been 2 weeks yet. I personally tried this pillow and found it comfortable and my son tried this pillow and he didn't want to give it back! He is typically a back sleeper and so it appears to conform to his head comfortably and he tends to sleep hot so this is a great pillow for him.

This is a very comfy pillow. It has an odd odor when you first open it, but that goes away in a day. It offers firm support and a great night's sleep! Great cooling pillow and very comfortable! It supports my head well enabling me to sleep in the correct position. It doesn't lose its shape during the night.

This pillow was a gamechanger. I had great night sleep for the nights of testing this pillow out. I could easily sleep all the way through the night. I didn't have to wake up and readjust the way my head was. The way my head sinks into the pillow is great and the way it pops right back up and stays full.

This pillow is for a person who doesn’t like fluffy pillows. It is quite flat, but supportive if that is the kind of pillow you choose. My husband prefers flat pillows and he thought it was nice. If you want a taller support for your shoulder you may try two together.
