I am a multiple pillow user. Meaning, I have more than one pillow at a time. This pillow was a struggle for me until, I used it by itself. It was very comfortable with no other pillows under it. It did stay cool which I loved. And you can definitely feel the memory foam.

My daughter was in “desperate need of” in her words, a new pillow. She just wasn’t sleeping well most nights. So when this one arrived, she was over the moon. First night review, she raved about how good she slept! I loved that it has an anti microbial treatment on the pillow to keep away odors and that the cover is removable and washable. She loves that it fits her head perfectly and that it is cooling! Both Mom and Daughter approved!

I'm primarily a side sleeper, and this is a very comfortable pillow for me. It is not a super soft pillow, so it provides support to keep my neck from getting kinked. I like that it comes with a washable zippered cover, so it's super easy to keep clean. My only complaint is the smell. I haven't tried any other memory foam pillows so I'm not sure how common this issue is, but after two weeks of using the pillow I can still smell that "memory foam" essence when I lie down. It isn't as strong as it was at the beginning though, so perhaps it will fade completely in time.

I've been using this pillow for about a week now and so far I like it better than other memory foam pillows that I've tried. It actually does stay cool and the foam has a softer feel than others. That said, I like a flatter pillow and the foam in this pillow does not sink in as much as I would like it to. I would compare it to a firm pillow in terms of how high it holds my head above the bed. My kids have tried it (ages 9 & 12) and it is just right for them. The zipper case that comes with it is nice enough that I used it without a pillow case, but I'm sure most people would put a case on it. The directions warned that you might notice a smell upon opening the package and I did have to air it out for one night before my wife would let me use it in the bed. It was only an issue immediately after opening it. It was enclosed in a plastic bag inside the shipping box so it was pristine when I opened it.

This pillow is very comfortable. I really like the easy on and off washae cover. Its pretty also. It is a little thinner and smaller than I prefer, but I am using it as an extra pillow and it gives good support to my neck. I use a CPAP and it works well that also.

As someone that sleeps away from home I don’t think the product name does this pillow justice! It is really a great pillow to sleep with. I love the thickness, it is spongy and very comfortable. It has a good bounce back. I wouldn’t say it’s overly cooling but it definitely doesn’t make me run hot. This has fast become my favorite pillow!

This pillow is amazing! I love that it’s a cooling gel pillow, I have started to have symptoms of peri menopause and am sleeping more comfortably. The gel pillow doesn’t collapse or lose its shape and firmness while using. I didn’t have to adjust the pillow at all. I did order 2 additional pillows.

I love this pillow!!! I really needed a new pillow that offered support with comfort and this pillow does exactly what I wanted. It is soft yet firm. Before I had trouble with my neck with other pillows that went flat and would get hot, but this Member's Mark Hotel Premier Collection Premium Cooling pillow is great. Even washing the liners gave me no trouble putting them back on the pillow. I love this pillow!

The packaging the pillow came in was awesome. It was sealed in plastic which made me feel it was clean and ready to use. Minimal smell. I left it to air out for a few hours. Put it on my bed the same day. Not sure if there are different levels of firmness, but this one felt very firm,

I've dealt with neck pain for a few years now so I am always looking for a solution. I saw that the Member's Mark brand was releasing a cooling memory foam pillow and I immediately got excited. We already use the premier collection in our bedroom just not the memory foam. Instant relief after the first night of use! I love that the pillow keeps it's shape after a night of me resting my head in it. Another great product from MM.. I see future gift for my wife, thank you!
