Definitely not cooling but is firm.

I had neck pain every morning until I slept with this pillow. Neck pain gone!

Perfect does not sink but still soft.

I returned it the next day and it was comfortable if looking for a pillow that doesn't get to flat in less than five minutes. I am a side sleeper and sometimes toss and turn at night and this was too flat

This is a great pillow for people who need the firm gel like pillows. It was a great price and similar to pillows at mattress stores, but far less expensive than what you would find in the strip mall stores. I bought for my wife when she left her “favorite” pillow at a hotel. This pillow has served her well and she is happy with it.

I paid more for this pillow but it has been worth it. Normally, my neck and head are damp with sweat with my other pillow, But this members, Mark Hotel premier collection cooling pillow I don’t have that problem. I have also noticed an improvement on my stiff neck and sore shoulders after waking up with this pillow. I can recommend spending a little extra for this very nice pillow.

It’s just too hard for me. I thought I loved it so I kept it. Maybe my head isn’t heavy enough to sink in. It’s better when used in a side sleeping position than back position. I have painful neck muscles and the tendons snap and crack, and no dr has been able to identify why or help me fix it. This may not be the right pillow for you if you have any serious neck issues.

Love them! I have neck problems and cannot sleep on just any pillow. I went to spend the night at my son’s house and had to find out what kind of pillow this was. I went home and replaced all of my pillows with this pillow from Sam’s. I even replaced the ones in my RV.

I sleep on my side or stomach and either way this pillow fully supports and is comfortable. No more waking up with a kink in my neck or having to keep adjusting or “bunching up” the pillow a certain way to be comfortable. I have always just used budget type pillows until now and I wish I would have tried this sooner.

This pillow is too hard for me. It also is so slick the pillow case slides off during the night
