I absolutely love this pillow! I had already been using a memory foam pillow, but my old one didn't contain the cooling gel. It really helps to keep my head from overheating and is so comfortable! It gives me the support I need all night long, and doesn't "squish down" like some other pillows do.

Overall great pillow. Like everyhring it has its pros and cons. Starting with the good - quality product. Pillow has nice protective cover. Conforms to your head comfortably. Now for cons - when opening it had a strong chemical/ rubber smell. It did go away once out of packaging. Protective cover is slippery and pullow case didn't stay on well. Heavy and not cuddly. Good sleeping pillow.

This pillow is very nice and comfortable. I’m normally a stomach sleeper and occasionally side, and with this pillow I can do both. It has helped keep my head cooler when I sleep than any other pillow I’ve had before. I can tell a difference with the cooling technology. I have used it before without the pillow case even.

This pillow is firm, but not like a rock. You do not sink into this pillow like some of the other memory foam pillows on the market. The fabric of the pillow has a very nice texture. I really like the cooling feature of this pillow, it does keep cool when your head is resting on it. At the end of the day, it does not work well for me, as I am a side/stomach sleeper. This pillow would work great if you are a back sleeper.

It's also firm without being rock hard. I personally enjoy this because I het a full night's sleep without interruptions (very important to me because i deal with sleep apnea). This pillow is super soft and cool to touch. The foam pillow bounces back to original shape within seconds. Very comfortable to sleep on. I wish it was a little “fuller” than it is. Because the amount of squishy-ness is amazing but could be more. I love that the cover zips on,which makes it easy to wash. Especially since the actual pillow is a spot clean only.
