This pillow was a gamechanger. I had great night sleep for the nights of testing this pillow out. I could easily sleep all the way through the night. I didn't have to wake up and readjust the way my head was. The way my head sinks into the pillow is great and the way it pops right back up and stays full.

The name says it all, Premier Collection Premium Cooling Memory Foam Pillow! The pillow is supportive while it comfortably cradles your neck and head as you sleep. It also provides a cooling effect to prevent overheating. The zippered pillowcase cover makes for ease of washing when needed. It's a quality pillow! Would definitely purchase additional pillows.

Before I received this pillow I had a pinch in my shoulder/neck for well over a week. Two nights into using this pillow and the pinch is completely gone. I 100 percent believe it was this pillow because it wasn’t improving until I used it the first night. I also want to note that I’m not normally a fan of memory foam but wow. I even slept better the last two night! The pillow is very firm but very quickly molds to your shoulders, neck, and head. I’m def investing in a second one for my husband. My only complaint is that it has a very strong odor when you first unwrap it. I would suggest letting it sit a couple days unwrapped before you use it. Had I waited to use it that wouldn’t have even been an issue. Night two the scent was basically gone.

I am really happy with this pillow. The pillow seems well-made, has a washable zip cover which is a huge plus in my opinion and doesn't seem to get hot which supports the cooling feature. I did set the pillow out in the sun to help deplete the original odor. I would recommend to future purchasers to remove the cover and air out both the foam and cover to make it air out faster, but the scent is mostly gone now and it hasn't been 2 weeks yet. I personally tried this pillow and found it comfortable and my son tried this pillow and he didn't want to give it back! He is typically a back sleeper and so it appears to conform to his head comfortably and he tends to sleep hot so this is a great pillow for him.

I was excited to try out this pillow, it is the first “cooling” pillow that I have tried. The cooling pillow is cool but doesn’t stay cool, but doesn’t seem to get hot like other memory foam pillows I have used. It does have a very slight odor, other memory foam pillows have smelled much worse. I am a side sleeper and like my pillows fairly flat, if this pillow was about 1” thinner it would be perfect for me. It does compress some but your head doesn’t sink into it. Overall, I really like this pillow, would love this pillow if it compressed a little more or was a little thinner. The cover is soft and comfortable. Overall this pillow is really nice, comfortable and would even say luxurious.

The pillow is very firm. My head did not sink into the pillow at all. I have not slept on it for a whole night because I'd wake up with a sore neck from my head being higher than my spine. I didn't notice any cooling effect the few hours I used it.

I got the Member’s Mark Hotel Premier Collection Premium Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillow in hopes of keeping cool and comfortable while sleeping, and it absolutely did just that. I love that the cover has a zipper which makes it easier to put on/take off.

Pillow is firm and well made. The cover is removable and washable with a good zipper. If you are concerned about smell/off gassing common with memory form, this worked well for us: remove zipper and internal covers and turn them inside out. Set the pillow where it can air out on all sides (we set ours on a chair - see attached picture). We flipped covers and pillow several times for one week. The cover and memory foam both include cooling features and that worked well also. We like firm pillows, and this one if medium firm but not heavy or hard. Well priced pillow that performs as designed with desirable features.

My 10 year old son has been asking for a cooling pillow for some time. We recently let him try this cooling pillow and he does not want to switch back. He finds it comfortable and says it makes him less hot over night. I like the zip cover that can be easily removed for washing.

This pillow is for a person who doesn’t like fluffy pillows. It is quite flat, but supportive if that is the kind of pillow you choose. My husband prefers flat pillows and he thought it was nice. If you want a taller support for your shoulder you may try two together.
