I regret buying it. Two times I used it, it was stiff and way too thick. It doesn't feels like it has a cooling feature or that it's memory foam. It really feels as if I'm sleeping on a brick.

We were in desperate need of new pillows and knew we could find great ones for a great price at Sam's Club. We skipped the inexpensive pillow bundles and bought these. So glad that we did. They are comfy but sturdy. Definitely recommend.

Extremely comfortable for those who need a firm pillow that fits your head and neck needs. My old pillow was giving me headaches every night; this pillow alleviates that, leaving me feeling refreshed and rested the next day. 😊

This pillow is not bad but I’m still breaking into it and getting used to it. So far it seems very comfortable than my other neck pillow. Would I purchase again. Yes.

I had to go buy this pillow once I saw it was available in the club, I love my other similar pillows from Sam’s the solid memory foam and the washable cover and they stay firm.

Bought the pillow THINKING that memory foam and gel would accommodate my side sleeper style however the pillow is absolutely NOT comfortable for anything other than laying on your back and watching Tv in bed.

These pillows look and feel nice, but they’re not as comfortable to sleep on as they look. There is also a strong lingering factory smell on them that is supposedly due to an anti-microbial the manufacturer puts on the pillow. Probably something that you shouldn’t lay your head on night after night. I would return them if I could.

Comfortable in what i needed, seems durable, but the outer cover is so slick the thing won't stay in the pillow case as i move around.
