This pillow is a terrific addition. I have enjoyed the cooling characteristics and the firm memory foam. It has a removable cover so you can wash it. I am a side-sleeper and I prefer the medium firm for great neck support.

At first, I thought this was going to be too firm because I normally like a softer pillow but the memory foam is great and gives great support without feeling too firm. The cooling effect is also a plus!

I LOVE this pillow! It doesn't get a dent from your head like polyester filled pillows do. And it's not so thick that your neck is at an awkward angle all night. PLUS it's a cooling pillow! Those of us with hot flashes can really appreciate that!

This pillow is cool to the touch no matter what the temperature the house is or if the pillow is in a pillow case you can feel the coolness. It’s forms to your face just right and when you move the pillow adjusts to the new position.

I have been using this pillow since last week and I have been sleeping so soundly. No neck pain when you get up or no back pain when you get up in the morning. I have ordered 3 more for my other bedroom and my living area. Wonderful

Nothing to describe it but wow. The material is perfect and always stay cool no matter how long you sleep on it. Love the washable cover as it make it easy to use and last longer. Highly recommended for hot summer

I've been using my new pillow now for about a month and it has been just perfect. It's just the right balance between soft and firm, comfortable, molds to the shape of my head and then still keeps its shape.

Not my favorite pillow I’ve ever gotten. The memory foam is great but it’s not very soft or forgiving! Had an odd smell too when I got it. Will continue to try and use it to see if it gets better . Will keep trying !

These pillows are lot better than shredded foam pillows... sometimes I have the neckpain while sleeping but with this pillow I feels like it helps me a lot and it's memory foam helps to ajust the neck alignment.... liked the removable cover.

Pillow was nice and comfortable. Not too firm but just soft enough. So far does a good job of maintaining the form and not sagging due to it being a memory foam. I hope they make a king size version at some point.
