I bought 5 of these. 4 of the boxes looked a little roughed up but I brought them home as they were already loaded on my truck by the time I saw them. I bought them online for curb side pick up. They’re way too heavy to take in and out. So I let it be. I get home and unloaded. I have a friend of mine helping unload and put them together. 4 of the 5 shelves were bent. It took forever to put them together and it wasn’t easy as parts were bent and twisted. If they weren’t so heavy and bulky I would’ve taken them back. Once they were put together and functional they’re great. Perfect size to put in my basement to try and organize items. I’ve bought these before and didn’t have the problems I had with this last purchase. Lesson learned… if boxes are roughed up someone from the store can switch them out before going home. I paid too much to struggle putting these together.

Great product & contrary to some other reviews ZERO damage to inside of packaging. I liked these units so much I ended up purchasing a total of 3 of them. I did invest in some high quality 3rd party heavy duty casters so that they could easily be moved around my shop. I'm using them for large shop tool & shop supply storage. Would not hesitate to purchase additional racks if needed.

Great shelf system! The only reason i didnt give it 5 stars was because the gratings are a little weak with heavy objects that dont sit all the way across from front to back. This causes the gratings to sag down until they hit the cross members which will accept the weight, just unsitely seeing it sag. I fixed the issue by adding black painted plywood on top of the grating and probably doubled the weight capacity. Looks great in the garage and I'm already making room for a second one. It would be nice to be able to order an extra shelf for addition space for shorter boxes.

First one purchased went together smoothly but second one was crooked and off about an inch. Was able to strong arm it to go together but bottom rack is not flush with sides. Appears that the side brace was welded out of alignment which made it hard to assemble.

Easy set up and economical. They were less money than competitors that were similar but 2” less depth to their shelf space. 24” vs 22”. Linking multiple units together, I purchased 7 units that covered 2 runs inside a 40’ shipping container. I left two end units with 4 shelves per section and the rest have only two shelves which gave me a longer run.

Sturdy, nice-looking unit to replace a less sturdy unit from local big hardware store purchased mid-2020. This new Sam’s Club unit is able to hold my home canned tomatoes without any problem. Because the shelves are wire, I cut a large section of the heavy cardboard packaging to line the shelf.

One of the pillars was broken, called Members mark phone number and they’re an absolute nightmare to work with. I have never come across customer service this horrible. I called 5 times and they would just hang up on you without answering any questions and refused to provide their name. There’s 0 accountability, i called Sam’s club and they transferred me back to members mark customer service. Don’t waste you $$ buying members mark products because if it’s not working good luck reaching anyone to resolve your issue. Wish i would have recorded the phone call. Had to take the broken pillar back to Sam’s and the manager was nice enough to get it replaced. Once setup it works as intended, setup took about 30 mins. Top holes did not line up properly so had to use the hammer and a towel

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of these shelves. Just as good as the more expensive ones sold in home improvement stores. And they were easier to assemble. (We've used these shelves in 3 homes, but this is the first time we purchased from Sam's. ) We purchased 2 units - one was a little bent, but we managed to get it together. It does take 2 people to assemble. My husband used one unit to create a workbench, adding a wood top, pegboard, and hanging light from the top shelf. Go ahead...steal his idea.

Invest the extra money into this shelving if your on the fence. You won’t be disappointed! I was not sure myself and didn’t want to spend the extra money, but I ended up getting it after i noticed the price difference was not that much more and you get a better quality built shelf. I purchased 5 of them and they are for the most part sound. The wire shelf is ok, but beats the other models that have cheap fiberboard wood shelf’s that don’t hold up at all. My only complaint is not being able to have purchased them at the special purchase price of $99.00. Even at 149.99 is not horrible, but a discount for buying 5 would have been nice. Look it’s up to you to buy, they are customizable meaning you can adjust how much separation each shelve is set at, and what’s even better. Each kit comes with 4 shelves, if you buy two kits you could in essence make them into three separate shelves. It all depends on your requirements. I was able to combine two kits together because the shelves have two holes on each end support beam..so that would leave you with two extra support ends to make an additional set. Granted it won’t have 4 shelves but you will at least have a top and bottom shelve. Again it all depends on your requirements and it happened to work out great for me.

I purchase two of these a few years ago and I needed one more.I bought one,took it home,and after I opened it I immediately noticed the base of the frame was welded so poorly,out of square(by almost 45 degrees,no exaggeration),and pushed into the groove of the frame that there was no way the shelves would fit . Anyways,took that back to the store,I went to get a replacement,same thing. I opened the third box ,guess what.. At that point the manager said that they won’t allow me to open more boxes(I totally understood),but I decided to get one regardless,I am a handy man and have a lot of tool and I figured I can break the welds and put it back together after I straighten the frame. I remember how fast and easy was the installation of the first two. This unit took almost two hours to install,I did not have to weld it back again ,but I used heavy duty clamps as spreaders to correct the extremely poor job done by someone that looks like has no idea of what they’re doing. Lack of quality control is what bothers me the most, I didn’t even mind paying the “new “price of $199, both other units were $149. I didn’t expect and increase in quality with the increase in price,but at least keep it the same!
