It was easy to assemble, all parts came in as described. As I was finishing I noticed the top shelf did not fit very well and it was because of a broken weld on the side support. I was just about done and didn't want to take the time and effort to take it back. I just put some clamps to hold it together but was disappointed. They should really focus on QA before these large items leave the door.

flimsy rails... pins to connect the cross braces.. sams is using a different brand than they have in the past and it is definitley a down grade...get the gladiator unit... thats what sams used to carry.. ive bought atleast 5 of those units and they are great... go together easily and are sturdy... the members mark is a no no.. trust me-- i never rate products but after spending an hour putting this mess together i felt lead to help someone else... Sams -- if you read this---spend the money and go back to gladiator-- im sure it will need to sell for a little more but it is worth the money... your creating some angry customers this -not well thought out - product!!!

One of the pillars was broken, called Members mark phone number and they’re an absolute nightmare to work with. I have never come across customer service this horrible. I called 5 times and they would just hang up on you without answering any questions and refused to provide their name. There’s 0 accountability, i called Sam’s club and they transferred me back to members mark customer service. Don’t waste you $$ buying members mark products because if it’s not working good luck reaching anyone to resolve your issue. Wish i would have recorded the phone call. Had to take the broken pillar back to Sam’s and the manager was nice enough to get it replaced. Once setup it works as intended, setup took about 30 mins. Top holes did not line up properly so had to use the hammer and a towel

Not a problem with the shelves and what they're designed for, the problem was pretty significant damage to the supporting beams. I tried to load pics but kept getting error messages. I made the shelves work and should have returned this item but it's so heavy and ungainly that I just took the loss. When I picked up the shelves at Sams Club (Covington, LA) I noticed that one of the nylon straps was missing and probably should have looked in the box. When I got it home and started unpacking the shelves it was evident that someone had bent and cracked the supporting legs. I'm recommending the shelves, they're good but Sams gets one star, they didn't help me out much.

I purchase two of these a few years ago and I needed one more.I bought one,took it home,and after I opened it I immediately noticed the base of the frame was welded so poorly,out of square(by almost 45 degrees,no exaggeration),and pushed into the groove of the frame that there was no way the shelves would fit . Anyways,took that back to the store,I went to get a replacement,same thing. I opened the third box ,guess what.. At that point the manager said that they won’t allow me to open more boxes(I totally understood),but I decided to get one regardless,I am a handy man and have a lot of tool and I figured I can break the welds and put it back together after I straighten the frame. I remember how fast and easy was the installation of the first two. This unit took almost two hours to install,I did not have to weld it back again ,but I used heavy duty clamps as spreaders to correct the extremely poor job done by someone that looks like has no idea of what they’re doing. Lack of quality control is what bothers me the most, I didn’t even mind paying the “new “price of $199, both other units were $149. I didn’t expect and increase in quality with the increase in price,but at least keep it the same!

20 days after ordering, I'm still waiting on these shelves to get delivered. Online service no help. Club can't help until delivered. Unable to cancel order. Fedex keeps saying they're going to deliver today, then turns into Little Orphan Annie talking about Tomorrow, Tomorrow.... everyday they cancel and say they'll deliver the next day and this has been going on for almost 2 weeks....

Very simple to assessable and very sturdy when finished. We now have several of these shelves for storage and love them! Highly recommend! (This is not a paid review)

These racks are amazing. Already had three and got two more. They fit so much stuff and look good while doing it.

Sturdy frame nice powder coating. Easy assembly- no tools required. Wire racks are not very sturdy and has wide holes. We had to find plastic to put over the wire shelf to hold products. Designed for containers, not individual items.
