The item arrived damaged! I ordered it online and it took almost 2 weeks to arrive. After attempting to assemble, one of the metal side posts was damaged. Super frustrating, as it’s a heavy and bulky box and returning to the store would be very inconvenient. My husband was able to hammer out the post and make it “work” but it looks very ugly now. Also, the description stated black, but the unit I received is dark grey.

These shelves are great. Better than the ones we looked at, at another large chain store that carries shelves like these. We are very satisfied with these. Our son had previously bought these for his basement and was very happy with them. We bought 2 sets. Very easy to put together. Would well recommend them.

This is a well built and easy to assemble unit. My only comment is I wish that it came with shelf liners, but none of the other brands from the big box stores come with that either and they cost considerably more. Saved quite a bit on this buying from Sams.

I have purchased 18 of these units in the last 2 months and we use them in the shop to store small engine units before and after repair and also store larger and sometimes heavier parts in the parts department. We like the wire type shelves because they are easier to clean. If we need a solid shelf we just add a piece of plywood. We also like the fact that they can be linked together in long sections. We are a farm and industrial dealership and use many different types of commercial drawers and shelves and the quality and price make these very useful.

I moved into my house a couple of years ago. The stuff I had accumulated over the years were in my garage, some in boxes others in containers. It was truly an eye sore, I wanted to purchase some shelving but the prices were outrageous. I happen to stumble across them on Sam’s website and they were reasonable. I was skeptical at first, but let me tell you man they were the best investment I’ve made. My garage looks 100% better. I don’t even mind having my garage door open. They are very sturdy, easy to assemble.

I wish I could give this shelf 5 stars. We had to return 2 shelving units because they were banged up and the pieces were bent. We thought 3rd times a charm, right? At first glance, it looked like the box was in tact, so that was a good start. We took the pieces out and started to assemble the unit. The sides were slightly bent, but we didn’t think they were bent enough to worry about it this time. Turns out, they were bent enough to throw the alignment off and make me want to pull my hair out while putting this thing together because none of the holes were lining up properly for the screws. After a couple hours of frustration and A LOT of physical strength to pull and push some of the pieces while using a rubber mallet, we got MOST of the pieces to line up. There are still a few support bars that are not fully secure, but I don’t feel like they question the integrity of the shelf. IT IS STURDY, I will give it that. But, just very frustrating to put together when you have bent pieces.

It took a little time to figure out because there were no instructions with the shelves. However, we’re reasonably intelligent and figured it out. Happy enough with the product that we’re going to order another one. Color is good. Strength of shelves is excellent. Using in our garage for all those extra items that need a place to store . The size is just right, not to tall for average height folks.

I just dropped a ton of money on these and I do not regret it. In my storage container I chained together. So you buy 3, you share a upright with the next section you can make 5 sections. 3 sections have 2 shelves and 2 have 3. I did not need a bottom shelf, that moves over to the empty unit. These are some Of the best designed. No particle board all metal. Nice cross pieces. Helpful hint. Cut the box up and use as a shelf liner. Boxes slide so nice without tearing up.

Strong durable and sturdy. No frills easy setup. Would buy again if needed. But it’s Huge. Plenty of storage space.

i am so sick of companies making things cheaper and cheaper in quantity yet charging more and more. in the past 13 years i have purchased 16 of these units. the last 4 being 4 years ago. today i bought 4 for a new location. EVERY PART IS THINNER LIGHTER WEIGHT LESS DURABLE THAN UNITS FROM 4 AND 7 YEARS. I DOUBT THESE HOLD UP 2 YEARS BASED ON JUST HOW CHEAP AND WEAK THEY FEEL HATE HATE HATE YOU GREEDY THIVING CORPORATE SNAKES
