Firspiece i took out was damaged/bent. Unable to assemble because of this. I called customer service because I didn't want to have to lug it all the way back to the store being that it's a couple 100 pounds and I'm 45 minutes away. Customer service has done no follow-up with me whatsoever I've had to call back and check in on the status of the replacement part from makers mark which they keep telling me they're not getting any response from them completely dissatisfied with customer service and the fact that I have to lug this heavy thing all the way back to the store and waste over 2 hours of my time. Customer service is useless. There was no damage damage to the box In the area of the damaged product which means that they packed it damaged.

Strong durable and sturdy. No frills easy setup. Would buy again if needed. But it's Huge. Plenty of storage space.

Poor build quality, thin, overpriced, chintzy, with chipping paint! (NOT POWDERCOATED) The ones sold by Sam's in the past were excellent and extremely heavy duty. I'm disappointed to say the least.

Purchased 2, Exterior boxes were in great condition, once opened the box is where the fun began.one vertical upright from each box was severely bent and twisted beyond use.

Very strong, easily assembled. Had a hard time getting them they usually sell out as fast as they come in. Make sure you assemble it where you want it, kind of heavy to move.

Definitely a huge upgrade from my previous shelves does exactly what it supposed to do and looks good as well. Building was easy by myself I used a rubber mallet to make sure the pieces were in all the way.

We received two different colors. One set was black and the second was silver. Would have preferred them to match since they are side by side in our garage.

Bought two of these shelves for my shop. Works well and good quality. Liked it so much I went back and bought two more. A few of the pieces did not fit perfectly and had to adjust a little.
