What an awesome purchase for the price, very solid shelving, more storage space than i thought recommend purchasing over other brands, will be buying more this month

This definitely helped me reorganize my garage. Not joking when it says industrial. Heavy duty & sturdy. I put it together in about 30 minutes or so, not rushing. You can adjust the shelf height to your liking. Definitely wish i purchased sooner. Can hold a lot of items. It can definitely hold a lit of weight per shelf. If you have the space I definitely recommend for a garage, basement, storage space or wherever you need it. Costs less than what you find at other retailers & better built. Great value for your money.

Over the years I have purchased almost 20 of these. They are very sturdy and easy to assemble ( about 20 minutes). There are those that have wooden shelf’s ( and cheaper) but I have found that if you spill anything on them it’s there forever. I load these up and they never sag.

I needed to organize my garage, but was having a hard time due to space. I had many items that were bulky and heavy and needed something to fix this ASAP. I came across this rack and I am so glad that I did. The price was great and purchased online and pick up at the store made that much easier. I love it so much I am going to buy a second one. Pros: Easy to set up. Great Price. Sturdy. Cons: N/A I recommend this to anyone.

I like the shelf, which I just put together today, but one of the cross bars and one of the grid sleeves was bent when we opened the box, and cannot be straightened. I will have to call Sam's tomorrow and see if they will get me replacement parts. Until then I'm missing one of the shelves.

Pick this up in-club if you can, we had it shipped and it wasn't packed very well for its weight. It is HEAVY. We had some chipped edges and bent shelves but nothing worth returning. The build quality is just okay, we had to do some finagling to get the rails in place since the main supports were kind of crooked and the holes for the shelf supports weren't all drilled correctly so we had a couple that just absolutely wouldn't fit. All in all though for the price it will work just fine for our purpose.

Invest the extra money into this shelving if your on the fence. You won’t be disappointed! I was not sure myself and didn’t want to spend the extra money, but I ended up getting it after i noticed the price difference was not that much more and you get a better quality built shelf. I purchased 5 of them and they are for the most part sound. The wire shelf is ok, but beats the other models that have cheap fiberboard wood shelf’s that don’t hold up at all. My only complaint is not being able to have purchased them at the special purchase price of $99.00. Even at 149.99 is not horrible, but a discount for buying 5 would have been nice. Look it’s up to you to buy, they are customizable meaning you can adjust how much separation each shelve is set at, and what’s even better. Each kit comes with 4 shelves, if you buy two kits you could in essence make them into three separate shelves. It all depends on your requirements. I was able to combine two kits together because the shelves have two holes on each end support beam..so that would leave you with two extra support ends to make an additional set. Granted it won’t have 4 shelves but you will at least have a top and bottom shelve. Again it all depends on your requirements and it happened to work out great for me.

Poor build quality, thin, overpriced, chintzy, with chipping paint! (NOT POWDERCOATED) The ones sold by Sam's in the past were excellent and extremely heavy duty. I'm disappointed to say the least.

Firspiece i took out was damaged/bent. Unable to assemble because of this. I called customer service because I didn't want to have to lug it all the way back to the store being that it's a couple 100 pounds and I'm 45 minutes away. Customer service has done no follow-up with me whatsoever I've had to call back and check in on the status of the replacement part from makers mark which they keep telling me they're not getting any response from them completely dissatisfied with customer service and the fact that I have to lug this heavy thing all the way back to the store and waste over 2 hours of my time. Customer service is useless. There was no damage damage to the box In the area of the damaged product which means that they packed it damaged.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with Sam’s club. Beside the items being received late, it had bends and scratches. It took some fabrication to get some of the pieces together to have them all aligned in order to keep it level at some angles. Reached out to customer service and I wish I didn’t. I wasted 30 min of my time speaking with a non experienced foreign worker that had trouble speaking in English and granting a solution to the situation not even offering a refund or a replacement????. Sam’s club, we are very disappointed for quality and service!!????!!!!
