The product gives a lot of benefits for such a little vitamin. Compared to other vitamins I have taken, this is only .5” and is slim which makes it easy to take. As seen on the label it has so many different components that really help with overall better health. With taking just one every morning I can feel a difference in my energy level throughout the day.

This is a great product at a great price. Members mark brand continues to impress me on quality. This is just as good if not better than some of the name brands that I’ve tried over the years. This is my first time trying a supplement from Members Mark and I will continue to after this.

Since I started taking the vitamin B complex, I have noticed some improvement in how I feel every day but not drastically. I tend to run out of energy around mid day, and I stayed feeling tired no matter what I did. I did notice a small uptick in my energy, but I still feel run down by late afternoon. I havent noticed any changes in my mood or with stress levels. or irritated as easily. I do feel a little bit clearer minded. Overall, vitamin B complex has been a simple but not really helpful part of my routine. It’s easy to take, affordable, but it hasn't made a significant difference in my energy, mood, and focus. Not sure if I plan on continuing to take it or not as I haven't seen much difference other than turning my urine a strange yellow with a weird odor.

I've been taking this B-Complex dietary supplement for a week now. There's no weird taste and it's a smaller tablet. I really like this B-Complex so far. It’s packed with everything I was looking for: high strength B vitamins, plus choline and inositol. I have been taking it for a little over a week and have felt more energized and focused throughout the day. It is only one tablet daily so the 300 count bottle will last almost a full year. I also like that the pills are not huge and are easy to swallow with no bad aftertaste. Definitely worth the quality and price!

It had a strong vitamin taste. I’ve been taking it for about a week and haven’t seen a change yet, but it usually takes about a month or so to see any changes. As I previously stated the vitamin taste seemed strong to me but I may just be sensitive.

Been taking for a week. Not sure if the vitamins are helping yet. The pills are a good size, not as big as others. They don’t smell good and the worst part is they turn my urine a bright yellow, it was shocking at first.
