I have been taking the B-Complex supplement for 4 days. I can truly feel a difference in my energy level and clarity of thought. I am personally very stressed in my life right now so any help i can get is a God send. I feel better. I have but two issues: it says to take with food so I have to eat at least a small breakfast thats not something i ususally do. And my urine is florescent yellow! I had to look it up to make sure everything is ok and it is. Its just the riboflavin. I will most likely purchase these again.

I've been taking this B-Complex dietary supplement for a week now. There's no weird taste and it's a smaller tablet. This bottle contains 300 tablets and at 1 tablet daily, that is almost a year of B-Complex! This vitamin supplement has been pretty easy to take every day. The size isn’t too large, the taste isn’t bad, and the benefits seem to be small but noticeable. I feel like I don’t have things slipping away as easily as they did before. Only been using a few days so will have to wait and see what the long term is.

I think I'd rate it 3.5 stars if I could. I think this is similar to any other vitamin b complex. I've taken for a couple of weeks now and has been fine. I'm usually fatigued but also drink more caffeine than I should so hoping this can replace some of that. Don't be alarmed as any vitamin b supplement will change the color of your urine! Completely normal. If you're taking another vitamin B supplement from a value standpoint this is a good one.

I love this product it’s just what my doctor ordered for me. I have high vitamin A and had bariatric surgery and I can’t take a normal bariatric vitamin because of my vitamin A this workings perfectly to add to my vitamins

These are smaller than other b Complex pills I’ve taken. They are much easier to swallow and don’t feel like they get stuck in the throat. I have been taking them for a couple weeks now and already feel like I have more energy!

These were very chalky and smelt so nasty. I’m not sure if I noticed a difference when taking them. The pill itself was not terribly big, but they were very dry. Maybe I need to take it a little longer to see a difference.

I like that this B-complex vitamin has a lot of tablets - 300 of them. They were easy to swallow and had no taste. It has a pleasant smell to them. The best thing about this bottle is the flip top. Makes it so easy to open!
