I found these supplements to be exactly what I was looking for! Perfect balance of B vitamins along with the added bonus of calcium. The best part of the product was the things that they did not add. No unnecessary additives of synthetic dyes, or artificial coloring. Perfect.

I’ve been taking these for a few days now, and let me tell you I feel they are actually helping me feel less fatigued. I was really feeling exhausted and started to notice I was experiencing more energy. I can’t say about the mental sharpness just yet but so far so good with these!

This b complex vitamin supplement is a great addition to any vitamin regime you may be currently on! The pills are decent sized and easy to swallow. I have experienced better mood and more energy along with not being completely drained at the end of the day.

The B-Complex vitamin is a small tablet. I struggle with swallowing large pills, so this size is perfect. It is a small yellow oval tablet and the container comes with 300. B-complex gives me some added energy since I work out and and there are enough tablets to last for almost a year!

I've been using this vitamin daily for the past few weeks. So far it does what's suggested. I do feel like it gives me the boost I need to make it through the whole work day. I don't have any complaints about the size or taste of the tablet. Just an average size pill not a gel tablet. Worth a try to get your B vitamin.

Most B complex mixes have vastly excessive amounts of one or more B vitamins. There is no need for a large dosage unless you have a specific diagnosed illness that calls for it, and even with water-soluble vitamins, my oncologist and I both believe that more is not always better. Everything in this B complex has a balanced. Just enough to compensate for any potential minor shortcomings, but not too much. 4 stars because i did not felt that memory kicking in.

This is mostly a great B-Complex with one exception. I think it should have a lower niacin content. I am always way over the upper limit for niacin because of this mg amount.

As an aging woman hitting their MID 30s. I really do feel like I want to be taken better care of myself, and a more mindful of ways to get my extra dietary supplements in. I felt like these did give me a boost of energy and mental clarity that is needed as a working mum of a preschooler. I like that it is only one tablet a day as I don’t like to swallow too many pills, however I did find the size a little difficult. They are flavorless mostly but I didn’t love the smell of the pills - that put me off a little bit. I like the results but don’t love the process which is why I have a 3 star rating

Since I started taking the vitamin B complex, I have noticed some improvement in how I feel every day but not drastically. I tend to run out of energy around mid day, and I stayed feeling tired no matter what I did. I did notice a small uptick in my energy, but I still feel run down by late afternoon. I havent noticed any changes in my mood or with stress levels. or irritated as easily. I do feel a little bit clearer minded. Overall, vitamin B complex has been a simple but not really helpful part of my routine. It’s easy to take, affordable, but it hasn't made a significant difference in my energy, mood, and focus. Not sure if I plan on continuing to take it or not as I haven't seen much difference other than turning my urine a strange yellow with a weird odor.

These burnt my whole vaginal area and it took days for me to register what was happening. I have never hurt so bad. It turns you pee a neon color. i have been to the doctor. i was wondering if it was it, and thought all the pills were out of my pillbox. i accidentally took another and it was confirmed to be the cause. i am on fire despite the meds from the doctor. i have never hurt so bad down there.
