This has helped with my energy. It also has helped with increasing my b vitamins. I also have been able to shed a few extra pounds that i have put on and get me over my plato that i have been stuck in.

I couldn’t really see the difference. But we all have different system. I feel this would be so helpful for other people. I just different see the difference. -I still recommend because people need to try it.

I like this product-it does make me feel better and have more energy, they don't smell as bad as some supplements. I haven’t lost any weight taking these but do feel more energetic. Not sure of some the a ingredients in this item.

This is mostly a great B-Complex with one exception. I think it should have a lower niacin content. I am always way over the upper limit for niacin because of this mg amount.

The smell of these vitamins would make anyone sick. I don't know why you would take the Super B Complex out of the clubs and now you only can only get them online, and when you go to Sams club website to order online it's always out of stock.

For someone that lacks vitamin b and has to get weekly shots. This is a great alternative! I have stopped getting the shots since taking this. Side note your urine will be bright yellow but it’s worth it

Great vitamin! I have been using this brand for over a year, but this is a slightly new formula. These are a little easier on an empty stomach than the last ones were. They give me a natural boost of energy and generally make me feel better.

I really like this B-Complex so far. It’s packed with everything I was looking for: high strength B vitamins, plus choline and inositol. This vitamin supplement has been pretty easy to take every day. The size isn’t too large, the taste isn’t bad, and the benefits seem to be small but noticeable.
