I took this product for a couple of weeks and didn’t notice a difference other than the change of color in my urine. I didn’t feel more focused. If anything I felt the same and it did not give me any energy.

In the past I've used products from Member's Mark house brand, and they never disappoint. This B complex is no exception. I started taking it about a week ago, and I can tell.a.difference.in my energy levels.

Small pill that packs energy. If been using this for a couple days and already feel the difference with my energy levels. The pill is pretty small so and I haven't had any issues swallowing it. Great value for the amount you get.

I haven’t been taking these long enough to show improvements. But it makes me feel good knowing I’m working on my health and wellbeing. They do have quite the smell when you first open the bottle. Good size not to big like some vitamins.

Just received them so I have only been taking them for a week so I do not feel a difference yet. It normally takes about 30 days of continuous use so I will continue to take them and hope for the best.

For someone that lacks vitamin b and has to get weekly shots. This is a great alternative! I have stopped getting the shots since taking this. Side note your urine will be bright yellow but it’s worth it

Great vitamin! I have been using this brand for over a year, but this is a slightly new formula. These are a little easier on an empty stomach than the last ones were. They give me a natural boost of energy and generally make me feel better.

These were very chalky and smelt so nasty. I’m not sure if I noticed a difference when taking them. The pill itself was not terribly big, but they were very dry. Maybe I need to take it a little longer to see a difference.

I was looking to add a b complex vitamin to my daily regiment. Sam’s club is always a great place to look. Quality and value is always great. I liked the size of these vitamins, they were not too big.
