These are great! I got them for my mom and she has already noticed a difference in her energy. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that needs that extra vitamin help. It is not a big pill either which is nice

In the past I've used products from Member's Mark house brand, and they never disappoint. This B complex is no exception. I started taking it about a week ago, and I can tell.a.difference.in my energy levels.

I haven’t been taking these long enough to show improvements. But it makes me feel good knowing I’m working on my health and wellbeing. They do have quite the smell when you first open the bottle. Good size not to big like some vitamins.

I love this product it’s just what my doctor ordered for me. I have high vitamin A and had bariatric surgery and I can’t take a normal bariatric vitamin because of my vitamin A this workings perfectly to add to my vitamins

The Member's Mark Advanced B Complex , 300 ct tablets are not too big of pills they are small enough. If you have a hard time swallowing pills these are not to bad. I like them because they are an immune booster so that’s important.

I have not noticed any major (or minor) changes while taking it. It didn't provide more energy for me which is kinda disappointing, but maybe because I have some underlying issues. I gave it 3 stars because it also didn't cause any issues.

I took this product for a couple of weeks and didn’t notice a difference other than the change of color in my urine. I didn’t feel more focused. If anything I felt the same and it did not give me any energy.

These were very chalky and smelt so nasty. I’m not sure if I noticed a difference when taking them. The pill itself was not terribly big, but they were very dry. Maybe I need to take it a little longer to see a difference.

The b-complex vitamins have helped me get through the day with supporting my energy. They are easy to swallow and tasteless. This bottle will last you a couple of months. They also have a child safe cap.
