It's a good printer, the ink is relatively cheap, the setup was clunky but we got through it. I've been impressed by the print and scan quality. Where this printer falls short is Wi-Fi. It has it, it even works sometimes, but Epson's own engineers and the community have advised that a hardwire connection to the ethernet port is the best way to do network printing. Especially if you have a mesh Wi-Fi setup like an Eero.

I bought this several months ago to replace the working HP 8710 that I spent a fortune in ink during its tenure in service. Glad to be rid of it. After unboxing the Epson it took about 30 minutes to set up the printer and my 2 computers to work with it. Loved the way the ink loaded. Printing is really quiet. What a positive experience! I look forward to many good years of service with this printer.

I had to replace an Epson printer from a couple of years ago & opted for an up-graded version. So far I LOVE the front-loading paper feed & ease of mobile printing!

We don't print photos or need super high quality color but basic print quality is great for our basic home needs. I wish the cycling white light on the on/off button could be turned off, our office is a cubby off of our bedroom and i had to tape a piece of paper over it. We've only had it two weeks but so far it's all good, hopefully it will last a long time!

I had an earlier version of this printer that didn’t work well on any level. But I wanted a well-ink printer in black, so I took a chance on this model. I’m so glad I did. Everything worked well and the tech service was excellent. I highly recommend it.

Another upgraded printer from Epson. This printer offers great value and nice prints. The Ink Tanks are the way to go to keep printing costs down. The auto opening and electronic closing of the paper out tray is an unneeded gimick but otherwise it's all good.

Won't wake after sleep from my experience Goofy how tray for printed jobs comes out then you have to push a tiny image on tiny screen to get it to close back. Not impressed . Got new drum for my brother and back to normal but it's just black and white

This is absolutely the worst excuse for an all-in-one printer/scanner/copier I think I've ever had the misfortune of owning. Where oh where do I start... 1. Doesn't sense between ADF and flatbed. Always scans flatbed first then I have to restart the scan and it will pick up the ADF. 2. Resolution is pathetic. I've seen better resolution on a black and white TV from the late 60s with nothing but rabbit ears. I have played with the resolution and played it it. You cannot read what gets scanned. 3. Printing is extremely slow but print quality remains average. 4. Network connectivity. Use a wired connection; otherwise, you will fight it on WiFi. Inconsistent connectivity having to remove and add back to the OS (macOS 26.7.1). Current f/w is YA11Q8. Who numbers f/w revisions like this? Oh, yeah... That's right. Epson.

I've been seriously searching for a new printer for over a year. All of them fell short one way or the other. THEN I found this one. It's truly an upgrade to earlier Epsons, now featuring a touch screen control panel. MAJOR improvement! It does everything and does it right. Auto 2-sided printing, copying, wifi connectivity. I snapped this one up!

Great printer. It’s pretty fast and quantity is fine.
