I've been taking this for over a month. My nails have been strong, hair has improved, and skin looks better. I feel like it is helping me as I enter menopause and have had some struggles.

I have been on this neocell super collagen for the past 3 years, mainly for my skin, hair and digestive health. My skin has always been smooth and silky feeling while on it. I have been told by my endocrinologist that I need to stop this supplement while he tries to establish my correct thyroid level medication (the biotin in it skews the thyroid results). So I have been off of it for 5 months and can I tell it! My skin is rough to touch, my hair is falling out and my joints are killing me! My thyroid is regulated so I am going back on it. I’m ready to feel better than this! P.S. WOW!! I've only been taking 2 tablets per day for about 1.5 weeks now and my nails are so strong. My nails have always been thin and brittle and they are longer than they have ever been and stronger. I bought this because I'm hoping that by adding collagen to my routine, my nails and bones will become a little bit stronger, and vitamin c is a must everyday. The biggest drawback is the dosage...6 pills a day. Thats a lot to try to take everyday. Hopefully i will start seeing some results soon.

I am really happy with this supplement, it has help a lot with my knee pain, I also have seen an improvement in my skin, hair and nails, I really liked the ingredients and they are really easy to absorb since it contains vitamin C. I think this is such a great deal

I haven't noticed any improvements to hair or skin as of yet. However, This product helps keep my weight under control by suppressing my appetite. I will give the product more time to see skin results. I love what it does for weight control and its reasonably priced.
