This is has been a great help for my bones, hair and skin. 2 weeks after I started taking this i started noticing the difference. My hairfall reduced and my nails became stronger.I used to have severe joint pains but once I started having this it has helped keep it under control. The only downside is having to take 6 tablets a day( pretty big ones)

I realize that some people don’t like taking 6 tablets a day, it doesn’t bother me. They are so easy to swallow. I take a lot of supplements, I feel as a mature woman I need to do everything I can to look and feel good as I age.

after 3 bottles I didn't notice anything but continued to take them in hopes I would notice something. However, I almost died tonight as 1 got lodged in my throat. I couldn't get it to come up or go down for over 10 minutes. I gagged, coughed, tried to make myself vomit, nothing They are way too big.
