I have been taking NeoCell Collagen for a few years. Originally I began taking it because of my knees but a side benefit was my hair grows much faster and thicker and my nails grow MUCH faster and stronger. The tablets are big but I've never had a problem taking them.

A recent life threatening incident due to complications from a medical procedure really took a toll on my skin and caused hair loss. Thankfully my daughter had been taking Neocell for about a month and was experiencing improved skin and increased hair growth. So I purchased Neocell. It’s been about a month and I am also experiencing improvement to my skin and my hair seems to be growing back!

I found positive information on these so I decided to try. The recommended dosage on the bottle is 6. I decided to start with one a day to see how that worked and I saw results in the nail so I have continued to just take the one.

I’ve only taken half the bottle and I can already see the difference in my hair and skin. The NeoCell Collagen has made a difference. I realize that some people don’t like taking 6 tablets a day, it doesn’t bother me. They are so easy to swallow. I take a lot of supplements, I feel as a mature woman I need to do everything I can to look and feel good as I age.

I have always had thin nails that tear easily. I used Biotin from the grocery store and had good nail growth and hardness. I tried NeoCell at the required dosage of 6 large pills per day. My nails are getting thinner and not growing as well. I'm going back to the grocery store Biotin. This was a waste of time and money.
