This is a good source of collagen peptides. Unfortunately you have to take six of them for a whole dose. There are 360 pills in this bottle, and if you take it as directed that equals to 60 doses/days. I have noticed that my hair is growing quicker and thicker. My nails are looking healthier and they are growing faster. This product works well as advertised. It can be a bit expensive if you take the full dose as the bottle suggests. I do believe this is a good product and works as advertised.

This is has been a great help for my bones, hair and skin. 2 weeks after I started taking this i started noticing the difference. My hairfall reduced and my nails became stronger.I used to have severe joint pains but once I started having this it has helped keep it under control. The only downside is having to take 6 tablets a day( pretty big ones)

I have taken these for several years. One of my finger nails was splitting and I thougt collagen was worth a try. I did not feel i had time to deal with powdered collagen. I found positive information on these so I decided to try. The recommended dosage on the bottle is 6. I decided to start with one a day to see how that worked and I saw results in the nail so I have continued to just take the one.

I have been taking NeoCell Collagen for a few years. Originally I began taking it because of my knees but a side benefit was my hair grows much faster and thicker and my nails grow MUCH faster and stronger. The tablets are big but I've never had a problem taking them.

Great supplement! My hair was starting to thin on top, my stylist suggested a biotin supplement, I found this at Sam’s club and began taking it. A few weeks later I visited my stylist again and before I could tell her I was taking the Neocell collagen & biotin, she asked what I was doing differently because she could tell the difference in my hair. Not that it had thickened significantly but it was improved and not thinner, so I am impressed with this supplement and do recommend it!

These have been my go to for many years!!! They really help my skin,joints, and hair... always take them daily... was in a grease fire beginning of this year... drs could not understand how my skin bounced back so quick! I sure know. At first i didn't know if this product was really doing anything. However, after 6 months or so, I've noticed improvements in my joints with less popping sounds when bending them. I also have a little bit more plumping in my skin too. I am continuing taking it for the joints.

after 3 bottles I didn't notice anything but continued to take them in hopes I would notice something. However, I almost died tonight as 1 got lodged in my throat. I couldn't get it to come up or go down for over 10 minutes. I gagged, coughed, tried to make myself vomit, nothing They are way too big.
