I purchased these to take on a trip and they worked great. I prefer a powder that I can dissolve in my morning coffee. However, the pill form was easier to get through customs than a white powder.

Ive taken biotin before and chicken collagen. I like this better. I haven't tried Bovine collagen before. Been like 45 days. My hair is thicker. My dry brittle nails haven't broken off or split. I think its helped a lot. My skin is more hydrated. Worked for me. Pill size didn't bother me. I take 3 in am and 3 in pm.
