I purchased this product without really reading the bottle. Shame on me - I know. Once I got home, I realized that I would have to take 6 tablets a day. THAT'S INSANE. Who wants to swallow 6 tablets on top of any other medication / supplement they may take???? I also have noticed no additional benefit from taking the supplement. Needless to say, I would not purchase again.

I had tried other brands, but they didn't work at all. I am in love with this product, before my skin was dull and I didn't feel confident when I wasn't using makeup, but now my skin looks healthier and I am very happy with the results . I take 6 tablets per day on an empty stomach like the instructions recommends.

This product seems to be a good quality, especially for the price. I’ve just started using it, but the level of the minerals provided at the collagen, biotin, and vitamin C are at a great rate that it should provide some good impact on my health. I’m very excited to see the effects. I will say I have been taking this for about two weeks while I’ve been under the flu and it did not Impact me that badly.

My nails have been growing faster than usual, which is a nice surprise. The recommended daily dose is 6 pills, but I didn’t want to jump straight into that, so I started with 1 pill for a couple of days, then increased to 2, and am now up to 3 pills per day. My hair also feels softer and has more shine, which is definitely a bonus. The price was reasonable, although I had to pay a little extra since I’m not a Sam's Club member—definitely need to consider getting a membership for future purchases!

This is a great way to get the collagen and vitamin c needed for women, especially as they are aging! This is great for my hair, keeps it long and beautiful. The only issue I have is that you need to take 6 tablets daily, which is alot...but if it helps me with my aging, I can do it!

this product is amazing !!
