Great product. I take it mainly for my bones and joints. I'm a dude. I could care less if my fingernails grow. But it does seem like my fingernails are growing at an accelerated rate and I'm cutting them back all the time. For me that's an annoyance and one more extra thing to do.

The selfish part of me doesn't want to tell nobody how GREAT this stuff works b/c I'm afraid people will buy it out or price will get ridiculous. I'm always getting compliments on skin & my hair has grown like wildlife! I'm over 40 & this is the 2nd time I'm coming down in weight (naturally) & also the 2nd time I'm using this product to help firm my skin back up & it's working out perfectly! I'd rather come here & review than to put a video up on social media! Thanking this company for quality product!

I used this product for about 8 months. My main purpose for taking was to improve joint health. For that it did work great. However I was reading through the reviews again about a month ago & another reviewer mentioned the trace amount of sulfites in the product & it's link to acne. My acne has been worse but I thought it may have been tied to other issues. So I decided to stop taking this product & see if my skin cleared up. It has. The downside is that I could tell after one week of not taking the pills the deterioration & pain in my joints. I also noticed while taking this product that my nails were actually much thinner, brittle & splitting. So while it worked great for my joints, not high marks in other areas. I have since switched to another brand and powder collagen product which has been working great.

I am starting on my third bottle and I can really tell a difference in the health of my nails and hair. My nails were very damaged from doing "Dip" nails, this has helped speed up the growing out process and make them not so fragile. My hair is starting to thicken back up along with having more bounce and life again. I do take the recommended dose even though they are big and it is a lot, the benefits are well worth it :)
