Great product. I take it mainly for my bones and joints. I'm a dude. I could care less if my fingernails grow. But it does seem like my fingernails are growing at an accelerated rate and I'm cutting them back all the time. For me that's an annoyance and one more extra thing to do.

I have been taking high end collagen for years due to spine issues (plus getting older) but they were sold out (not Sam's) so i tried vital proteins, it worked ok... but not on me (worked great on hubs). So, I tried these. Total game changer to me!! Worked fast and amazing, i started slow due to reviews with tummy upset but never once had an issue. I found my forever collagen now and i love them.

I am starting on my third bottle and I can really tell a difference in the health of my nails and hair. My nails were very damaged from doing "Dip" nails, this has helped speed up the growing out process and make them not so fragile. My hair is starting to thicken back up along with having more bounce and life again. I do take the recommended dose even though they are big and it is a lot, the benefits are well worth it :)

While the concept of having collagen, biotin, and Vitamin C in one supplement is mighty handy, I’m unsure why the dosage of biotin is greater than 16,000% of daily recommended value. I appreciate that the end product is produced in the USA. Aside from all of that, the recommended dose of six pills a day is lofty and it would be grand if they could figure out how to get the dosage down to two pills a day. Some of the effects will be seen as time passes, but my nails already seem to be getting more sturdy. I am hopeful to see my hair health improve as well. I will cut down on the recommended dosage so that I don’t intake so much biotin. The volume of pills in the bottle is generous, and the price is excellent.

I first bought this product several months ago, after much research on the benefits of collagen for hair and fingernails. his stuff works. My hair is less prone to breakage; my hair loss has lessened significantly; and I've been able to grow my hair longer. I am satisfied and do recommend this supplement.
