I've been taking this for over a month. My nails have been strong, hair has improved, and skin looks better. I feel like it is helping me as I enter menopause and have had some struggles.

I personally had a very bad reaction to this product. Chest tightness and strong nausea. I took it only two days and had those symptoms. I have stopped taking them a full 24hrs now and feel better and back to normal. Will be returning.
