My nails are growing faster and longer. My joints do feel better. I haven’t used it long enough for my hair and skin. The weather has bern very dry to my body this year. But, I am optimist this will help.

WOW!! I've only been taking 2 tablets per day for about 1.5 weeks now and my nails are so strong. My nails have always been thin and brittle and they are longer than they have ever been and stronger. This is a great way to get the collagen and vitamin c needed for women, especially as they are aging! This is great for my hair, keeps it long and beautiful. The only issue I have is that you need to take 6 tablets daily, which is alot...but if it helps me with my aging, I can do it!

I bought this because I'm hoping that by adding collagen to my routine, my nails and bones will become a little bit stronger, and vitamin c is a must everyday. The biggest drawback is the dosage...6 pills a day. Thats a lot to try to take everyday. Hopefully i will start seeing some results soon.
