I discovered these after using the powder in smoothie and took them for over 6 months and haven’t seen any results.

Seems to work and I take it every day. Just wish the dosage wasn't 6 tablets thus the reason for the 4 rating.

I got it for my hair and skin...so far my nails are growing like crazy haha! My hair is getting better, not sure about my skin...

These are big to swallow but a good way to get your collagen. Unsure if they do anything but feel good taking them
