I'm a busy mom who works full time and has a toddler crawling and walking through out the whole house. I also have 3 dogs and the tend to shed a lot. It's nice coming home knowing that there's no crumbs and dog hairs all over my floors. I love that the app is so easy to use and maps my whole house. It does a great job at mopping and vacuuming. It's holy grail and life changing product! Don't second guess it because you'll thank yourself as soon as you put it to use.

I haventt used the mop feature yet just the dry vacuum, which I am impressed with. Noise level isnt too bad either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Roomba Plus 405 Combo robot and AutoWash with dock is an amazing house cleaning tool. It didn’t come with a quick start guide. Since there was no QR code to scan, it was much harder to get it set up. I couldn’t get the robot to sync with my app. It took me 45 minutes to get it set up to go. Once it was synced and ready to go, the robot mapped out the floor it was on in about 90 minutes. Once it did that, I had it clean 3 rooms. It stopped a couple times to clean the mop heads and once to empty the vacuum compartment. I used plain water to clean the hardwood floors. It picked up all the crumbs in the kitchen and did a nice job mopping in neat rows. In the foyer, it mopped away footprints from someone’s dirty shoe. The vacuuming was effective—it picked up a lot of cat fur and crumbs. It didn’t get stuck in cords that I couldn’t hide. It is quiet enough that I was able to watch TV still while worked. I took a video of it cleaning, but it won’t load to this review. I like that you can edit the map to label the rooms. You can also go into the map and subdivide a room for shorter cleaning sessions. For instance, if I cooked a lot and made a mess in the kitchen, I can have the robot only clean the kitchen—not the entire first floor. Overall, this is an excellent product.

It is reliable and it does exactly what you tell it to do and best is it does not talk back. Except maybe occasionally gets loud on the carpets lol. Totally recommend this to anyone wanting to cut down their chores and have extra time on hand. Navigation is great, you can map out the whole house and it will do exactly the areas you want cleaned. Easily onto carpet from wood but just thing carpet, I feel like the mop heads would drag if the carpet was any thicker. You can decided how often you want it to clean up, so like the area and all can selected on the app. The app is super easy to download and use. It gets the small nook and corners but not as efficiently because of it shape. Roomba 405 is set it and forget it. The suction is strong enough to pick up dust and hair. The spinning of mops helps get tough areas. The dock!! It is a game changer. It empties the dustbin, washed the pads and refills the water tank.

Remote operation and control via app in the mobile device makes it easy and convenient to operate. The iRobot recognizes the obstacles and along follows the map efficiently. The clean power and suction is great the rotating brush get to the corner and unreachable areas easily. It automatically goes to the dock to charge. The mopping function is great and cleans well . It automatically empties as it gets full. Definitely a great vacuum that operates quietly ,great for office or big room with minimum obstacles that doesn’t require moving to clean and mop.

I have so much pollen and dog hair on both my hardwood floors and carpets and this takes care of both. The mop heads are automatically washed and dried so they don't get stinky. Using the app, you map out zones and can tell it mop, vacuum or both. You can set it to clean when you aren't home. Game changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have animals like me , especially heavy shedding kinds read on to get my take on owning the Roomba plus 400 serious. I have 2 cats, one husky and a Pomsky, so lots of shedding, the Roomba is amazing for maintenance, but it's not going to fully replace a regular vacuum with that level of shedding. Think of it as keeping things under control between your deep cleans. The Roomba is extremely convenient when I'm busy or just don't feel like doing it that day, I can go in the app on my phone even when I'm not home and select from 3 different levels of vacuuming or chose the mop and vacuum option. I always select deep clean because of the amount of animals I have which is really nice because I am often busy. It takes the Roomba about an hour and a half to do a deep clean for my living room and kitchen. The mopping function leaves the floor a little bit wetter than I would like for LVP floors, so when I use that setting, I have to be prepared to go behind with a dry mop to just kind of dry the floor a bit. I do really like that. The Roomba has a self cleaning function so when it's full, it empties into its own vacuum bag. And it also cleans out the water tank and refresh's it so you don't get any icky water just sitting stagnant. It has a smart feature where it maps out your house and you can designate areas you don't want done. A problem I have with the mopping function is it did try to mop my carpets even though I marked that section as a no go. I wish I could say the Roomba wasn't that loud, but it is pretty loud & The Roomba docking station is rather large and is an eyesore, so I don't love that but the convenience of it outweighs the con's lol. Overall, I would give the Roomba four stars out of five.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying this was the quickest house appliance I've ever setup. Instructions were easy to read and clear. Got the app installed and connected within minutes. We have 3800 sq ft house and this guy mapped it in about 30 minutes, charged for maybe 20 and then Mr. Sweeper was off to go start cleaning! He is the perfect size to get underneath tables, cabinets and beds. Suction is adjustable, you can change the mop options also and schedule time when and where it runs. This is literally a dream and helps me with TWO chores so I have more time to spend with my kids every day!

You make a map a d can see where it has cleaned and needs to still go. The battery is good when doing a regular clean but it needs to stop for a charge during the deep clean. I love the mopping feature. The vacuum is about ad loud as mu other push one. The docking station has a bag for the vacuum to empty into as well as the dirty water. I vacuumed twice before running this for the first time and it still picked up a good amount of dirty and dog hair. It did clog the bin a little so keep that in mind if you have dogs you might want to empty it in addition to the self empty.

With 3 cats andb2 dogs and a mix of hard floor and carpet its always been a hassle to keep everything vacuumed and mopped at the same time. No more with the roomba 450 plus. It vaccums and mops and even goes and cleans itself up and empties its dust bin. Setup was super easy with instructions to follow on the irobot app. I love that thr base has 2 reservoirs one for clean and one for dirty water and in the app you can set how often you want it to return to base to clean its mop pads. Automatically empties its dust bin if it gets full during clean or will empty when its finished. Takes about a half hour for it to fully map your house where you can then go in and adjust rooms and split them if you want. I set this to clean every Monday and it vaccums every room and mops only specifics. You can even set it to clean in a certain order too. This has surpassed all of my expectations and then some. The base doesn't weigh much even with the tanks cleaning and filling them is super easy and not hard to get to. The pads wash every time thry clean and dry themselves. Havnt had to empty the bag inside for the dust yet as it still is super empty rven with it running often. The robot itself weighs enough so that it presses down into the floor and picks everything up but not too heavy in case you need to rescue it from a rogue dresser leg. If you are looking to get one do it, you won't regret anything.
