This is my first robotics vacuum %26 mopping unit i have ever owned and i have to say I'm quite impressed so far. all my floors are LVP no carpet so i dont know how well it works on carpet and i don't have pets or children just 2 adults in my household. the first mopping i used just water and it done a great job vacuum and mopping i have since bought the i robot cleaning solution so we will see how that cleans next mopping session i have ot set to vacuum and mop my entire home on Monday's and Thursday's while we are at work i absolutely love this robot so far its only been used 1 time so hopefully it keeps up the great cleaning my home stayes pretty clean but its nice to not have to worry about sweeping and mopping the floors now since i have this. will update in a few months to see if anything changes

I’ve had 3 robot mops over the years and this one is finally the one that feels worth the money. The iRobot Roomba 420 plus AutoWash Dock cleans the floors great, but the best part is how little I have to mess with it. No hand washing nasty mop pads. No constantly refilling the water tank every five minutes. And it actually dries the mop pads when it’s done — which keeps that sour mop smell away. Huge win. The dock does most of the dirty work for you, and honestly that’s what makes this model stand out from my older Roombas. If you’ve got a husband who goes in out, grandkids, pool traffic daily or a busy house, it’s a game changer. I’m picky about floors looking clean, especially with light floors, and this thing has impressed me. Technology finally caught up with lazy cleaning… and I’m here for it. 😂

Love this Roomba! I’ve had a vacuum/mop combo before, but it had the pad that drags, and it didn’t clean my textured wood floors very well. The spinning mops get deep into the crevices and do a great job. Love the fact that it cleans itself between jobs! I got it on sale, that being said it was worth every penny!

This vacuum/mop has really been a lifesaver. We have kids and a dog and it really helps to have something that can be programmed and it runs. This not only keeps our house clean but saves us time. It navigates our floorpan well and handles different terrain.

I really want to love this but I need to return it. I love the vacuum and mopping. Much better than my previous vacuum. However, I need to return as the battery is not staying connected and it won't run. I already contacted Roomba customer service once and they showed me how to fix it but it happened again and now it won't start at all. I'm going to purchase another one thinking that this initial one was a lemon and the new one will be better.

Only works about half the time. Usually gets hung up on something small it runs over. God forbid you have a power outage or internet drops for a second. now you have to do a full reset and reconnect to wifi, and hope it connects. then, after not doing its automation for whatever excuse it wants to make up, the app has the audacity to tell you that your floors need to be cleaned. On a positive note, if it manages to sweep and mop without an error, it does a good job.

i purchased this from Sam's Club. it works good but it will not extract it from into the vacuum bag. I called tech support but it did not help

We unpacked it and set up everything. after one round of cleaning they came back to the dock to empty the dirty water but they kept saying that there was an error with a blockage. The only way that we found this to work was too physically hold it down so the dirty water could empty. Basically it was broken out of the box. We will return.

I have had this thing for just over a year and it’s never worked right. I’ve called the manufacturer reset multiple times remapped and it’s never went back to its docking station properly, for a few month I was able just to run it as a vacuum cleaner, but then it stopped doing that. I’ve had other robot, vacuum, cleaners, and had no problem with them the last one last me a few years.

It is very noisy. It is hard to use and doesn't stay connected to the Internet. I wouldn't buy it again. I have an older one that is upstairs and is very easy to use.
