[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have animals like me , especially heavy shedding kinds read on to get my take on owning the Roomba plus 400 serious. I have 2 cats, one husky and a Pomsky, so lots of shedding, the Roomba is amazing for maintenance, but it's not going to fully replace a regular vacuum with that level of shedding. Think of it as keeping things under control between your deep cleans. The Roomba is extremely convenient when I'm busy or just don't feel like doing it that day, I can go in the app on my phone even when I'm not home and select from 3 different levels of vacuuming or chose the mop and vacuum option. I always select deep clean because of the amount of animals I have which is really nice because I am often busy. It takes the Roomba about an hour and a half to do a deep clean for my living room and kitchen. The mopping function leaves the floor a little bit wetter than I would like for LVP floors, so when I use that setting, I have to be prepared to go behind with a dry mop to just kind of dry the floor a bit. I do really like that. The Roomba has a self cleaning function so when it's full, it empties into its own vacuum bag. And it also cleans out the water tank and refresh's it so you don't get any icky water just sitting stagnant. It has a smart feature where it maps out your house and you can designate areas you don't want done. A problem I have with the mopping function is it did try to mop my carpets even though I marked that section as a no go. I wish I could say the Roomba wasn't that loud, but it is pretty loud & The Roomba docking station is rather large and is an eyesore, so I don't love that but the convenience of it outweighs the con's lol. Overall, I would give the Roomba four stars out of five.

I really want to love this but I need to return it. I love the vacuum and mopping. Much better than my previous vacuum. However, I need to return as the battery is not staying connected and it won't run. I already contacted Roomba customer service once and they showed me how to fix it but it happened again and now it won't start at all. I'm going to purchase another one thinking that this initial one was a lemon and the new one will be better.

I have had this thing for just over a year and it's never worked right. I've called the manufacturer reset multiple times remapped and it's never went back to its docking station properly, for a few month I was able just to run it as a vacuum cleaner, but then it stopped doing that. I've had other robot, vacuum, cleaners, and had no problem with them the last one last me a few years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so glad that I got this Roomba iRobot. This is a multi use vacuum. Mops my hardwood floors and vacuums rooms with carpet. Super easy to install pieces together. It's not as bulky as I thought it'd be. Fits perfectly in any corner of a room. Keep in mind you will have to download the Roomba home app so you can program the device to your home. You can go as far as to program the machine to not go in some area you may not want to be cleaned by the device. There is a bag that holds plenty of days worth of debris. The water container has one side for clean water and the other for dirty water. I love this hands free vacuum. It is on the high price of vacuums/mops but it is so worth it. I was so tired of ringing mops and renting carpet cleaners. This is an amazing device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Roomba is far superior to my other Roomba. I have used the mop and vacuum feature on my tile floor. The time is about 1000sqft and it did a great job. When filling up the water tank for the first time I thought this amount of water will only make it through one clean but it barely made a dent in the water reservoir. My previous rumba would bang into walls and furniture but this new one will sense the items and avoid them. My favorite feature on the app is the spot clean. I have two little children that are always making messes and to have this spot. Lean ability is a lifesaver. Overall I would recommend this to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this compliments of Influenster. The roomba was packaged very nice but comes with very basic and I mean basic instructions. You have to download the app to use it properly, otherwise, it would not work correctly. My experience could have been better with instructions to set it up. It was confusing to say the very least. But, alas, I got my little Roomba to do its thing! Clean! The capacity that it holds is very generous. It creates a path so it knows where it can go. It gets stuck in some cases but then learns to maneuver and knows not to go back to the same spot. Meaning, it gets stuck once and it doesn't return. It's super intuitive. I think for first timers, such as myself, it will take time to use it to the best of its ability but I wouldn't change it because it's doing a great job cleaning my floors. It even knows the difference between hard word and my portable carpets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a useful home tool and is saving me so much time and effort. It set up very easily with the app and is easy to control. You make a map a d can see where it has cleaned and needs to still go. The battery is good when doing a regular clean but it needs to stop for a charge during the deep clean. I love the mopping feature. The vacuum is about ad loud as mu other push one. The docking station has a bag for the vacuum to empty into as well as the dirty water. I vacuumed twice before running this for the first time and it still picked up a good amount of dirty and dog hair. It did clog the bin a little so keep that in mind if you have dogs you might want to empty it in addition to the self empty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying this was the quickest house appliance I've ever setup. Instructions were easy to read and clear. Got the app installed and connected within minutes. We have 3800 sq ft house and this guy mapped it in about 30 minutes, charged for maybe 20 and then Mr. Sweeper was off to go start cleaning! He is the perfect size to get underneath tables, cabinets and beds. Suction is adjustable, you can change the mop options also and schedule time when and where it runs. This is literally a dream and helps me with TWO chores so I have more time to spend with my kids every day!

The biggest standout feature is the dock that automatically empties the bin, washes and dries the mop pads. It takes so much work off of me to keep my floors clean. It does a great job of picking up everyday dirt and crumbs. Mapping feature was quick and accurate for my home. I love the easy scheduling feature which allows me to set it to clean while everyone is asleep. Overall it's a lifesaver!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My overall experience with roomba plus was positive, the best feature is the auto wash dock basically just cleans on its on. The charging was very easy once plugged in and the maintenance process is what helps with not wasting time. As you can see it left my floors super clean and I was able to set it where it cleaned at a certain time.
