My only complaint is that some of the pieces are really hard to chew through because they’re crunchy. Overall the serving size is a lot and I only used half of the serving size in my yogurt and it was filling.

It stays really crunchy in a bowl of milk, doesn’t get soggy quickly. I love that it has protein and fiber without tasting like cardboard. It’s simply just a little too crunchy for my personal liking, but that’s a preference that someone else might enjoy!

It is slightly sweet (but not too sweet) and lives up to its name with an unmistakable peanut butter taste and hearty crunch. As someone who is trying to get more soy and protein in my diet, I was super psyched to see that soy flakes are the first ingredient and it has a solid 10 grams of protein (plus 10 grams of dietary fiber for the win)! I love the flavor, texture and nutrition profile and will definitely be buying this cereal in the future. I love the flavor and texture of this cereal and used it for granola on a yogurt bowl. It was delicious and kept me full for a long time. I’ll definitely buy again!

I didn’t really enjoy this one as much as I have the other Kashi high protein cereals. It had a weird texture and taste. I think it would be better if it was added to the Honey Almond Flax as a peanut flavor additive not as a stand alone cereal. That is how I plan to finish the rest of the box I purchased.. I will add it to the Honey Almond Flax version when I want a variety-just to avoid disposing it.

It’s functionality and value are the best in the game and it’s super fresh makes no noise when you bring it out and no mess. I highly recommend this product to anybody interested in purchasing.

I loved the crunch and how it kept the texture in the milk but I was really sick of the taste by the end of the bowl. Maybe it would be better as almost a granola topping for greek yogurt? I won’t have it as a cereal again.
