Super crunchy + don't love the flavor

Before the recipe change in 2025, this cereal used to be my absolute favorite. It had fiber, protein and tasted delicious. Now it tastes stale, lacks flavor, and seems hard rather than crunchy. PLEASE bring back the old recipe.

They're so good, when they aren't breaking your teeth. I literally spit out chunks of broken tooth mixed with cereal and now I have to get it extracted. It hurts so bad why is this allowed on the shelves. Such pain I'm in for trying to eat healthy.

By far this had been my favorite cereal. A few months ago something changed in the recipe. In addition to loosing most of the peanut butter flavor there has been very very hard ‘balls' of some substance in the cereal mix. One ‘ball' of the substance I took out of my mouth, it was so hard I thought it was a bone. It took a hammer to break it up. Thank goodness I did not break a tooth or two. Tossed the rest of the bag and unopened box I had. So scary and disappointing. You need to fix what ever the issue is.

I have had this cereal almost weekly for the last 3-4 years. The box size and recipe appear to have recently changed and not for the better, in my opinion. The cereal now has bits of very hard crunches, and when I open the cereal in the morning, it emits an odd odor, almost like a wet dog.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed Kashi Go on my yogurt this morning and it was excellent! I also tried it by itself. I love that it has protein and fiber in it. It can be a quick snack on the go or in a meal. It's crunchy and the taste was great.
