Crunchy, High-Protein, and Guilt-Free Goodness!

I originally picked up Kashi GO Peanut Butter Cereal for a healthy breakfast option, but it quickly became my go-to ice cream topping—and I’m not looking back. The texture is perfectly crunchy, and the peanut butter flavor is rich without being overly sweet. It adds the perfect contrast to smooth, creamy ice cream, and because it’s packed with protein and whole grains, I can enjoy my dessert without the guilt. I love that the 33.8 oz size lasts a while, even with my frequent use. It holds up well to melting ice cream—no soggy bits—and gives every bite a satisfying crunch. Plus, knowing it’s a better-for-you alternative to candy or cookies makes it an even sweeter deal. If you’re looking for a high-protein, deliciously crunchy, and versatile cereal, this one is a winner. Bonus points for turning dessert into something I don’t feel bad about.

Great nutrition and taste.

The peanut butter flavor is noticeable and the taste is great. This is one of the few cereals I've seen that scanned well on the Yuka App.

Bland and hard

These use to be our favorite. Now they have lost their flavor and their amazing puffiness. These are not worth the price anymore. And are honestly not very good at all anymore. Please stop buying this cereal until they bring the old back. Fix this plz!

Broken Tooth Hazard!

When you changed the recipe on the once-delicious berry cereal, you ruined the taste. So I switched to the Peanut Butter one…only to find that the hard clusters in this one are a tooth breaking hazard! C'mon Kashi, you need to address this- obviously many of the reviews call this out, so you are aware. Put your customers before your profits and fix this!

It's okay

The peanut butter tidbit van be barely tasted. Add some fruit and it will make it better. Otherwise you feel like you're eating dirt,

Will never buy again

Extremely crunchy more like granola than cereal, very very much a peanut butter flavor, far to much for me, I could not even eat my first serving before I threw the whole box away.

Recipe Change Ruined a Once-Great Cereal

I used to really enjoy Kashi GO Peanut Butter cereal, but the recent recipe change is a major downgrade. There's noticeably less peanut butter flavor, and the overall taste is flat and bland compared to before. The texture is also worse — the cereal now has hard, crunchy pieces that feel more like rocks than something you'd want to eat for breakfast. What was once a flavorful, satisfying cereal is now tough, poorly balanced, and honestly unpleasant to eat. This recipe overhaul feels like a cost-cutting move rather than an improvement, and it completely missed the mark. Unfortunately, this new version is a total flop, and I won't be buying it again unless the original recipe comes back.

Used to be the best, now terrible and bland

New recipe is dramatically different and terrible compared to the previous recipe. I ate Kashi Go Lean for every meal for four months, lost 35 pounds. Consumed three boxes every week, so I'd place myself as an expert on the peanut butter, chocolate, and honey almond versions. The previous recipe was AMAZING. Peanut butter version had chunks of peanut butter whole oats, and tiny pieces of peanuts. Chocolate version had whole oats and chocolate squares. Each spoonful would taste slightly different, adding variety. Now, it's mostly puffed pieces, and the whole box tastes homogenous. Instead of little chocolate pieces, the whole box of chocolate cereal is LIGHTLY covered in bland chocolate-like something. The peanut butter version no longer tastes like peanut butter. And the honey almond just version looks and tastes like over-cooked caramel. Huge loss. It's now “20% more”, but that just means 20% more of substandard cereal. I'd rather have 20% less of the previous version. Why change something that was perfect?

Hazardous hard matter in cereal

This is to inform you that our latest purchase of Peanut Butter Crunch contained extremely hard pieces of cereal which adversely stressed my teeth When I bit into it. It almost felt like a piece of stone. Hopefully my teeth involved will recover. Lot: BSC A10 21 59 use by Nov 14, 2026
