You can add milk or yogurt or whatever your heart desires. Definitely love eating this in the morning g as a snack or afternoon snack. There’s no aftertaste as it’s peanut butter and granola but as soon as you gulp it down it’s good.

Cereal stays crunchy in milk. A little disappointed that it was mostly loose pieces more than clusters though.

Its crunch remains even after sitting in milk for a few minutes. I eat about 1 cup of cereal with appx 1 cup of milk and it is the perfect portion size for me. It keeps me full until lunch.
