I bought this to help assist and break down built up gunk in every appliances. First personal steamer ever used and I can say this thing works. Not sure how it compares to a professional grade one but this does justice. Cleaned up kitchen tile grout that's been caked on for years. A little elbow grease and a couple passes over the grout to loosen it up at first (with the copper brush [visually check to make sure it doesn't scrape your tiles, wasn't an issue for mines]) and follow up with a few more steam passes. Then wipe up with microfiber towels or mop it up. Clean! Works well on kitchen cooking oil stains as well. Not so much on super grease stains but it does help melt it up a bit. Steam heat isn't burning hot, I can put my hands about a foot in front of Steam for a certain amount of seconds, wouldn't recommend. Hose long enough to reach top of bed to kill any bed bugs or refresh your bed and pillows. Also portable enough to use it to clean interiors of vehicles. From carpet stains to wood-grain and vents. Don't really have to worry about water build up as steam evaporates, so just wipe with microfiber. Comes with a good amount of useful accessories. Cord wind up is tucked at bottom, makes it easy to roll up. Easy turn on/off, about 5-10mins warn up. Simple! *I recently got an email showing the new Neat Plus and the refill on the fly while not having to turn off feature would be the only reason for me to go with the new version. I'd have most definitely bought the Neat Plus instead of my current steamer if that option was available at the time. Neat Plus would be the way go if you are debating over this older version or going with the newer model. 100%

I purchased the NEAT steam cleaner nine months ago and have been using it weekly to clean my house, including the floors, toilet, sink, and tub. After waiting about 5 minutes for the unit to heat up, it provides a virtually unlimited supply of steam for cleaning tasks. I particularly appreciate the steam nozzle, which is excellent for disinfecting hard-to-reach areas like the hinges of the toilet seat. For added peace of mind, I still use a disinfectant spray on the toilet once a month to ensure no germs are present. For all other surfaces, I rely exclusively on the steam cleaner and have not noticed any signs of bacterial growth. As with typical mopping, it's important to ensure the floor is free of dust and dirt before using the steam mop; otherwise, the dirt will be pushed to the edges and corners. Overall, I am very happy with the NEAT steam cleaner.

I wish I had known about this years ago. My Neat Steam Cleaner came yesterday afternoon and I have been putting it through it's paces ever since. So many uses. My bathroom has never looked cleaner! The steam just seems to make the tile sparkle. I can't wait to try it all through my house. Thank you, Dupray.

I bought this steamer 9 months ago and it was love at first use. This little wonders has paid for itself over and over again!! It has saved me from replacing carpet in 2 rooms. I also love the attachment for cleaning grout. We have a lot of tile in out house which I thought had all dark brown grout. WRONG!!! I have worked my way from room to room cleaning all the grout lines and I just can't believe the difference. I have hand scrub the grout several time and thought I had done a great job at f cleaning it. WRONG AGAIN!!! This machine was is a little power house and easy to use. It also make removing soap scum from glass shower doors a tubs a breeze. I have recommended this item to a friend and she is just as much in love with it as I am. I wish the site allowed me to put load the before and after pictures. Thank you Dupray for the creation of this easy to use power house.

I’ve used quite a few times since I bought it. Overall I really like it! I like the variety of tools, the versatility, and it cleans well. I think there’s a bit of a learning curve with it to get it to do what I want it to, and I also feel the attachments, particularly the brushes seem to get crushed/worn out by very mild use. I hope I can keep figuring it out and use it more, I love how it can potentially replace so many other products.

Bought this steamer awhile back and it has been great. Heats up pretty quick, I can plug it in and get it started, do my vacuuming and sweeping, then come back and it's ready to go. Pro tip - Use distilled water, and it'll happily keep eradicating grime with righteous fury! Also, detailers, it's a great bang for buck unit! Great for ppf and everything else you would typically use it for.

I previously had an upright Shark steam cleaner (it only did floors). The Dupray is SO. MUCH. BETTER. I can’t even describe how this thing has changed my life. It holds a ton of water, meaning I can do all my floors as well as mirrors, windows, and bathrooms and never have to refill the tank. It gets way hotter than my old machine, which means less scrubbing. The whole house feels CLEAN when I’m done, and I’ve told everyone who will listen about it. My husband is sick of my raving about my steam cleaner, but that doesn’t stop me. Love this thing and would pay 2x the price for it.

I knew I wanted a steam cleaner that did it all, after doing extensive research I found the right one. The Dupray Neat steamer has been able to stand up and exceed the cleaning I have put it through! From using the powerful wand to the triangle brush and the floor/wall cleaner, this steamer has been amazing. Who knew that the 40 oz of distilled water that you put in could last so long and do so much. Thank you for making a quality product.

Im absolutely shattered, since my NEAT arrived yesterday (within 3 days of ordering) I havent stopped steam cleaning everything within sight. I have done windows, kitchen sink, kitchen cupboard doors, pvc frames, windows, glass doors, skirting boards, kitchen tiles, grout, painted walls, karndean flooring, radiators etc etc.. Its absolutely fantastic. You still have to put a lot of effort in yourself but the NEAT generates all the steam power and cleaning ability , to bring everything up looking fresh as a daisy. The attachments are easy to put on and off and only takes seconds. Was quite an investment for me but I am very pleased with it. I spoke to Anthiny initially on live chat and then by telephone and he answered all my queries, very polite and professional service. 10 out of 10.

What an excellent little machine this is. I have had 3 steam cleaners (one combination mop and one cylinder) and this one knocks the others out of the park. It’s sturdy, the brushes, etc are fit for purpose and the steam output is first rate. So far, I’ve used it on tiles, shower room grout, carpet, glass and greasy stuff in the kitchen and I can’t fault the results. The sheer build quality is great and it feels like it will last a long time. It makes cleaning a pleasure ... almost (I’m not a complete masochist!). If I had to come up with one gripe it would be this - at this price there ought to be a storage bag for the brushes , cloths, etc (the lance components are easy to stand up in a cupboard with the main tank). But overall? Good job, Dupray. One very satisfied customer. x
