I bought this about a year or so ago and every often when someone talks about needing us steamer or a cleaner, I always recommend your product. I cannot explain less than 50 characters how much your product is a success in our household. My husband has used it multiple times with different jobs that required steamer to get stains out and each and every time we were never disappointed so this is an excellent product, and I would recommend everyone to Watch the videos and purchase the item and accessories.

It worked well for about a year. Now it doesn't work at all. The product has a fatal design flaw... you can't get the hose off to thoroughly and deeply de-scale it. It's blocked, we de-scale, it works or doesn't work once again, then it becomes blocked again, and we de-scale again, and again and again and it stays blocked. It is now just a beautiful brick.

We have used the Dupray NEAT Steam Cleaner for approximately 6 months and the steam cleaner has been easy to use and durable. The steam comes out via the different useful attachments. We have steam cleaned our sofas, chairs, carpets, mattresses, and bathroom. The upholstered furniture is much brighter, even though we vacuumed it regularly. The steam does not soak the carpets or furniture, but definitely sanitizes against dust mites.

Bought this steamer awhile back and it has been great. Heats up pretty quick, I can plug it in and get it started, do my vacuuming and sweeping, then come back and it's ready to go. Pro tip - Use distilled water, and it'll happily keep eradicating grime with righteous fury! Also, detailers, it's a great bang for buck unit! Great for ppf and everything else you would typically use it for.

Fabulous and powerful steam cleaner. Handles heavy duty cleaning like a breeze. Sturdy and compact, I won't use any other brand now that I've found Duprey Excellent value for money and what you get in the box. They accessories and machine are of very good quality

I love my steamer! It’s great for sanitizing, cleaning grout, lifting sticky spills in the fridge, cleaning floors, and more. It’s a very versatile device that comes with lots of attachments, making it a worthwhile investment. I also use my steamer on my curtains, comforter, leather couch, and upholstery. For those who dislike using cleaning chemicals, this is a very good option.

I love the Dupray! It cleans everything, and I mean EVERYTHING really well. The only cons would be that you have to stop often while steaming to wait for the light to go back to green and the steamer to heat up again. Also, a potato rolled off my kitchen counter and landed on my Dupray causing a very large crack in the top of it. I am disappointed it is not built a bit more sturdy. I never would have guessed a potato could cause so much damage! But it still works and I still love it!

From cleaning floors to cleaning up mold this is a great steamer. We’ve used it in my son’s apartment to clean the sliding glass doors - removing all the grime in the tracks to shining up the windows. Also his bedroom window was covered in mold and this little workhorse has successfully removed all of it.

I use this product one time, it seemed to work well. I followed all the instructions. I went to use it again, but cannot get it to open. The seal is stuck. Absolutely stuck. There is absolutely no way to open it. I’m stuck with a product I can’t use. I read about this issue online on forums, looking for a way to open it… it seems to be a common issue. I suggest looking elsewhere for better product and without this design flaw.

This little unit was delivered right to my door 3 days after ordering. At first glance, it looks simple enough to use. And is is! I've managed to remove grime on my shower tiles from hard water with my Neat without any chemicals and didn't have to scrub as much. It is a powerful little machine and I can't wait to steam clean the rest of my house with it!
