Easy to use, does a great job. Put it to use cleaning up after a pet mess and ran around the house after cleaning the floors and anything else I could find until all the water was used up. Very happy with the results. I wish the hose disconnected from the unit, it would make storage much easier. Other than that I have no complaints! Definitely recommend.

I bought the steamer primarily because I have a white tile shower with white grout that shows yellowing - and is a beer to clean. I’ve always considered myself a “clean freak” - so the fact that the grout is yellowing is not for lack of trying. This machine is AMAZING. Included are some before and after photos - you can clearly see where I had cleaned and where I had yet to do. Not only did it clean the shower like a dream, but my floors / hardwood, LVT and tile. I got kids handprints off the walls and doors, grease off the kitchen backsplash, and dirt off a fabric chair with white upholstery. I am OBSESSED with this thing. Some reviews complain about the cord being underneath - but I actually love that it stores away. Also it’s a good reminder to pour out any remaining water to avoid mold, and tie up the cord while doing so (photo attached). Finally, I had a hard time, deciding between the neat and neat plus, but ultimately went with the neat to save a few dollars in the event that it didn’t wow me… well first of all, it absolutely wowed me, and secondly, some of the more “basic features “such as the longer heat up time really or not an inconvenience at all. I pour the water in it, plug it in, and then use that time to clean something else, vacuum the floor before I’m about to steam it etc. The machine goes for 50 minutes and by then I’m ready for a break anyways or a child needs something lol - the lower price machine is absolutely incredible. Do yourself a favor and grab it!

Bought this on sale. I wasn’t fully committed to the purchase, because I couldn’t imagine it would be as useful as it appeared to be in the description. I’ve had numerous steam cleaners in the past that have been fine, did their job, but nothing great. I have to say, this steam cleaner is absolutely fantastic. I am beyond happy with it. I’ve used it on hard wood floors, porcelain tile, my sofa, and a window so far. It is amazing. Easy to use and cleans like nothing I’ve used before. So glad I bought it. One of my best purchases in a long time. It deserves more than 5 stars in my opinion.

This steam cleaner is awesome. It works better than the dedicated steam mop we purchased from another brand. We especially love how we can clean our kitchen and bathroom cabinets with the attachments. Another thing we love is how long the tube is, allowing us flexibility to steam clean without needing to constantly unplug/plug the cleaner in.

Steamer works almost as described. The concentrated function for grout and smaller places doesn’t work as well as I hoped. My only complaint is that there is no external fill indicator so it’s hard to know how much water to put in the tank before heating.

Works fine but some annoyances. -Plastic handle can get real hot the longer its on and not being used, -Nowhere to see water level -Spits water out when pulling the trigger every time for like 2 seconds. -Wrapping up the cord on the very bottom is a horrible design and extremely awkward to hold the thing above head and wrap it around, easy to come undone too. Should have been a hook attachment on the back like the TOSCA. Overall its just ok and the user experience could be greatly improved. If you got the money, get the TOSCA, better in every way from what im seeing.

The steamer and the handle got super hot it was hard to continue to use without wrapping it. A lot of water leaked underneath. Power button also got stuck after first use and couldn’t turn on or off. Will be returning.

I am not impressed with the dupray meat stream cleaner. I tried it on my air fryer/ oven. It took absolutely nothing off of it. So I tried it on the great glass doors and it did absolutely nothing again. I was so excited to use this and now I'm full of disappointment. If i could have treated this a zero I would have but I have it a1. All I did was waste my money. I would not recommend this product for anyone.
