Easy to use, does a great job. Put it to use cleaning up after a pet mess and ran around the house after cleaning the floors and anything else I could find until all the water was used up. Very happy with the results. I wish the hose disconnected from the unit, it would make storage much easier. Other than that I have no complaints! Definitely recommend.

I have used the floor cleaner for a couple of months. It works great for me. Nothing like being able to vacuum and clean the kitchen floor in 15-20 minutes! One thing I would like to see is a easy hand hold for balancing the unit while going up and down the stairs.

Easy to use. Quick to start up. Love that it rolls around. Attachments are great. I got the Awesome bag to hold everything which is really convenient.

I've been eyeing this machine for a year and am so glad that I finally bought it! It's a very straightforward process to get started, has a sleek design, and does a great job cleaning. The first week it arrived, I immediately steam cleaned the floor and wall tile in our showers and bathrooms (using the detail brushes) and also steamed the laminate floors throughout the house (using the extenders, floor attachment, and soft velcro pads) and our house smelled so crisp, clean, really of NOTHING. I love that this machine sanitizes and doesn't use any harsh chemicals. Love, love - wish I had bought it sooner!

I bought the steamer primarily because I have a white tile shower with white grout that shows yellowing - and is a beer to clean. I've always considered myself a “clean freak” - so the fact that the grout is yellowing is not for lack of trying. This machine is AMAZING. Included are some before and after photos - you can clearly see where I had cleaned and where I had yet to do. Not only did it clean the shower like a dream, but my floors / hardwood, LVT and tile. I got kids handprints off the walls and doors, grease off the kitchen backsplash, and dirt off a fabric chair with white upholstery. I am OBSESSED with this thing. Some reviews complain about the cord being underneath - but I actually love that it stores away. Also it's a good reminder to pour out any remaining water to avoid mold, and tie up the cord while doing so (photo attached). Finally, I had a hard time, deciding between the neat and neat plus, but ultimately went with the neat to save a few dollars in the event that it didn't wow me… well first of all, it absolutely wowed me, and secondly, some of the more “basic features “such as the longer heat up time really or not an inconvenience at all. I pour the water in it, plug it in, and then use that time to clean something else, vacuum the floor before I'm about to steam it etc. The machine goes for 50 minutes and by then I'm ready for a break anyways or a child needs something lol - the lower price machine is absolutely incredible. Do yourself a favor and grab it!

Steamer works almost as described. The concentrated function for grout and smaller places doesn't work as well as I hoped. My only complaint is that there is no external fill indicator so it's hard to know how much water to put in the tank before heating.

I've had this awhile now and I'm not a fan. It takes a very long time to heat up and it makes more of a mess leaving water everywhere. It doesn't seem to do what it promises. And for the money? I'm underwhelmed. As someone else pointed out, the pads for the floor don't do much. It needs pads with some teeth to get in there and do some scrubbing. Im sorry Dupray, I wouldn't recommend.

Disappointing. I tried to use this thing to clean my shower and bathroom countertops. I followed the instructions. Used distilled water. Didn't overfill it. When used, the steam goes EVERYWHERE. Maybe it's a matter of skill, but instead of really cleaning much of anything, it just sent seam upward into the drywall. I've stopped using it. This thing is seemingly unsafe and unsuitable for indoor use. Maybe if you've got 15-folt ceilings and open windows. The squeegee tool is useless - the steam just goes straight upward. I cannot imagine using this thing on nice upholstery, bedding, or shades. The moisture would go everywhere and permeate everything, making a huge mess. Again, it could be matter of unskilled usage. But this is my experience with it.

I ordered this open box cleaner. It did not work at all! I sent it back and, fortunately got my money back.

A few months after using the mops where the microfibre towels get held snapped …After a year of using the hose came off and there's nothing I can do to put it back on
