Works fine but some annoyances. -Plastic handle can get real hot the longer its on and not being used, -Nowhere to see water level -Spits water out when pulling the trigger every time for like 2 seconds. -Wrapping up the cord on the very bottom is a horrible design and extremely awkward to hold the thing above head and wrap it around, easy to come undone too. Should have been a hook attachment on the back like the TOSCA. Overall its just ok and the user experience could be greatly improved. If you got the money, get the TOSCA, better in every way from what im seeing.

This steam cleaner is awesome. It works better than the dedicated steam mop we purchased from another brand. We especially love how we can clean our kitchen and bathroom cabinets with the attachments. Another thing we love is how long the tube is, allowing us flexibility to steam clean without needing to constantly unplug/plug the cleaner in.

This is an exceptional tool, so glad I got it.

I can't stand it...I see so many so happy...and I'm annoyed with it ..it takes forever to steam up. the pads are tiny and barely stick to the plastic piece.. I couldn't believe how awful it was for the price

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and have just unpacked it. I am amazed by the design, the accessories and of course the "Neat" ...ness of the product !! It is so well designed and the build quality for the price is amazing ! So easy to use !

Absolutely love it. It’s incredibly well-made. Very easy to use. Has completely changed how I do my cleaning. There’s really no need to be buying cleaning products anymore.

Purchased NEAT steam cleaner recently, online, direct from the company. This unit is: c'est magnifique! I am so delighted with this acquisition. I don't know who designed/invented this product, but, it is sheer genius, I simply love every aspect; the durability, design, lightweight but most of all the performance. Makes my upholstery look like new amongst other things. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. NO complaint here, just a thank you for putting out such a great product which is so easy to use, plus great for the environment.

I LOVE this company! And this product. The Dupray steamer really shifted the way I clean my house and I know I have a much cleaner home because of it. When I accidentally left it on all night and it leaked, they honored the warranty and sent me a new machine. Not too many companies in this day and age that have such integrity. It was my error that caused the disfunction. The tune around was super fast and Tayah was THE BEST person to work with. I will be purchasing these steamers as weeding gifts, for sure.

I purchased this specifically to clean my grout. Unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations and although it did remove some of the dirt it did not live up to expectations as seen in the video. I had to go over the same grout line multiple times to get them somewhat clean. The machine is easy to use, I do plan on using for my baby’s play area to avoid chemicals. If you plan on restoring your grout to the original look then I wouldn’t recommend this product. I am attaching before and after pictures to this post.
